I really think you should be the last one to question accuracy in communication.
First you decide VS is going to screw you and that you must share this conclusion. (accuracy = 0)
When pressed you admit your conclusion is based on speculation and not evidence. (accuracy = 0)
Now you accuse VS of being liars, without evidence. (Lie a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive.) (accuracy = 0)
VS has never lied to me.

I was told two weeks ago by Vaporshark that they had shipped all orders placed through nov 24th and that mine would ship the next day.
After three more days... After not receiving a tracking number.... I called back.... I was told it would ship that day or the next.
After two more days of no tracking number.... I called back..... This time I was told that they were out of stock... And it could be up to two weeks before they had more in.

So yeah...... I have no reason at all to be skeptical..... And yes..... They have point blank lied to me

Yeaaaaap. At least that's how I would see it.

Of course a bunch of folks are gonna go on about how slow charging is the way to go yada yada yada for longevity etc. But it's alrdy been established in tons of flashlight forums that even frequent charging at the max rated current has little to no effects on that. And OHHH yes. If anyone thinks we are geeking out with ecig, you should def see the flashlight folks. They've been at this for YEARS and are waaaay more intense into these stuff. Nods.

And besides, published specs Always have a ridiculously high engineering safety coefficient, and can handle quite a bit more than what's stated.

I'm curious to see this larger screen. I'm also kind of curious if this is going to be the new dna screen for evolves chip line in general. I'm holding steady waiting to pounce on the lipo line that VS is gonna inevitability put out, with the dna30s being phased out of production. If the baby shark is going to remain the same ratio in size to the rdna, I can't help but wonder how much space that'll take up on thru bottom. Not that it'll Stop me from getting one. And how is that going to effect the rdna30 upgrade?
I dunno these crazy thing I ponder.
I guess thru good thing is the elder vapors will have an easier time reading the watts. Lol

Yeah, on the interview where Brandon talked about the larger screen, he called it something like the geriatric version.

I expect he'll be able to extricate his foot from his mouth by about the time I get my Cyber Monday rDNA delivered. lol

Hmmm... as long as they were messing with the programming and the screen, how about an option to let us reverse the display so it reads correctly when we vape into a mirror? (Until then, yet another reason to make sure your phone does good selfies.

I ordered on cybermonday.

I think Woofers point is that none of this points to any reason why you wouldnt get the newer model. And if they told you they were out of stock, chances are good you will get the newer one. And if you really want the newer one, pick up the phone and call them. And if you are fed up, cancel your order and the next person in line will get theirs sooner. VS makes a stellar product. And for me, its worth the wait.

if you believe that someone from VaporShark customer service (notice: I said someone, I didn't blindly accuse the whole company) lied to you, either on the phone, or via email, you can and should escalate that to their management. Most companies don't take too kindly to someone in their customer support staff lying to customers

It almost sounds like right before your order shipped was when they halted production, things might have been up in the air for a while at that point as well. I can certainly understand you being upset about being told one thing and have another happen but I can also see how they might not have known what to say or even really known what was going on for a few days. If that's the case then I think there's a good chance that you'll get the newer version.
