Cool, thanks!This is my first "legit" non-cloned device and I'm loving it! Build quality is superb and it is pretty heavy, in a good way. I never really spend that much on gear at one time, but I just couldn't pass up the CyberMonday deal!
Personally, I think it is the weight combined with the dimensions set the VS apart from all other mods -- it has the right size (be it for 30 or 40 dna) to hold, but the weight for that size gives you a feeling of durability that I have yet to get with my other devices like MVP, IPV Mini, etc. Being too light can give a sense of a device that is cheap that may not hold up. I LOVE to hold these VS and vape on them. Very satisfying even though they are just a block
I'm currently vaping on a twisted 30g. I used a safety wire twister so I don't think there's any "right" way to do it. Give it a shot and post pics!
I don't think it's any better or worse than 28g but since I have 100' of 30g, I thought I'd at least try it since Kiwi and others were so kind to post pics of their builds.
I foolishly ordered 100' spools of 30/32g and only 50' of 28g because I thought it wouldn't have enough resistance, I'm sure 50' would last a while but I might as well try to use what I have. I did see someone(probably you) mention the wire twister but I'd rather not buy any more "stuff" until I decide whether I like working with twisted wire. I'll probably just use the drill unless someone has a better suggestion, thanks for the input though.
So now that my rDNA is supposedly on the way...is there an instruction manual for the thing? I've never had a DNA device, so I don't know if it has menus, or what buttons do what. Thanks.
The various functions and the button presses/combinations are listed on the box it comes in. The only other thing in the box besides the packaging is a USB charge cable.
Does anyone know if the ZIP (fast) charging applies to wireless charging as well or does it only work with the USB port?

also the write-ups on Hana's web site are pretty good if you prefer written and the Evolv datasheet isn't clear enough (the sections on User Guide and Temperature Control, just ignore anything about the battery or 510 which are more Hana specific))

If you ordered sharkskins in December and don't have active tracking info, you should probably call them. I ordered temp sensing coils last week, they arrived in California Monday, I ordered Sharkskins Monday, they're in transit with USPS. I don't think there's been a backlog on anything apart from DNA devices.
It's just the USB port. You need a 2A charger for max power. I'll probably just use the wireless though, since I already bought a charging stand.
can someone who has received a new rDNA with large screen put it into the earlier small screen rDNA sharkskin so we can see how it fits?

and my email was in my mailbox at 9:08 am est.My tracking info updated and it left Miami at 4:48 pm and it's supposed to be here on the 10th. Sorry to hear that some of you still haven't received shipping info, mine was ordered at 10 am EST so it does appear that they've made good progress. Based on the gap between some of the order numbers that have shipped I would guess that they have them on hand and they're shipping as many as they can package up in a day, I know that doesn't change the fact that some people are still waiting but I wouldn't expect any more major delays if this is the case.

Anyone have a shot of an rDNA 40 with old screen vs rDNA 40 with new screen? Mine from intaste has the old screen and i'm contemplating on whether I should return it and order from vaporshark to get the new screen 
. I thought it would be the newer version when i ordered.. My order from intaste from sat is arriving tomorrow so Im still unsure if i'll like that old screen or not.
