Shawn, my device was not wrapped like that. I would bet my .... that is just refurbed, kinda like apple does with their phones when sent back.

Yeah, but Apple labels their refurbished items, because that is what federal law dictates. Not sure what happened, because still no response.

USPS tracking on my RDNA said out for delivery all day. Now,it says business was closed will be delivered next business day. Hmmm I live in a residence.
Last week,I watched tracking on a ejuice order say out for delivery all day and then said wrong address at the end of the day.
They delivered it the next day and the address was perfect.

That sucks, Newport, but at least its almost there. I saw a reviewer today that got an item and it looked like the driver ran it over with his vehicle. USPS is getting worse by the day. Lost a package of mine the other week, but it was only worth a few bucks.

Finally got a shipping notice, had ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I placed an order for one on Friday 10/10.

I hope it ships sooner than 2.5 weeks!

I've been away from the forum for a while and not keeping up with some of the newer technology...saw a few videos with decent reviews and ordered...then found this forum and started to regret my purchase. I hope it turns out well.

Update on the wireless charging.....It works!

The LG wcp-300 charger is very small like the charger on the VS site. There was a bit of practice to find the sweet spot and get the coils aligned. The smaller VS is easier to land on the pad. It gets toasty warm in a matter of minutes.

Be careful with the card ribbon cable where it meets the connector. Take your time installing it and do not fold the ribbon over flat. I have a broken card ribbon that didn't survive the install on a different unit. It was just weak from the factory. I'm planning to reinforce the ribbon to plastic connector joint with black epoxy on all three of my wireless cards. This is the only way I can see it lasting. Doing the outer side first to get it in place and hold shape. Then unplug it and epoxy the inner side. Clean with isopropyl to start. It's most likely not going to hold up well even after doing this if you want to constantly pull the connector in favor of a charge cable.

It doesn't really make much sense to do this on the device. The card is going to see wear and tear if you take the skin off to get to the battery door. It comes down to your personal situation and other devices that you may own.

So it seems only my Tugboat works on the rdna, my KFL and Magma, the 510 post is shorter than the Tug. Does anyone know if I can adjust the 510 pin on the rdna? I thought the 510 was spring loaded, maybe it's stuck?

Perhaps it is stuck. My magma and svoemesto kayfun lite plus v2 both worked fine on it.

It is spring loaded. You should be able to move it easily with light pressure from a screwdriver. However its range of travel is limited. I have had to pull down the pin on one of my Aerotanks a couple of times to make contact.

Yup, it was stuck. A quick tap and it popped up a hair.

It popped up just enough. I am guessing the TugV2's post is a hair longer which may have made it stick?

The tugboat was designed so the deck doesn't rest against the mod to prevent heat transfer... I still screw it in flush tho

Makes sense with the longer 510, mine has never even came close to being hot which is good. I have an IGO that gets super hot and now collects dust...
