We Seem to have two recurring problems going on here. Bad switches and 510 center pins. Two of each so far.

I would call and get the Mgr on the phone, explain your problem, and demand something be done besides make the whole thing right.

Jake's logic is true.. forum posters are typically a very small subset of a mass merchandised item.. loud.. but a small subset anyway. if anyone has issues, get mgr's on the phone if there is the slightest hint of help desk shenanigans! this stuff is way too expensive to deal with petty crapola!

IDonn0 - your waiting for your shipment, I think, right? honestly, don't sweat it brother. Don't let buyers remorse get ya! I'm certain you'll be happy. I know a couple of locals here from B&M's that have VS, and all love them, like I do mine. Stuff happens occasionally, but as long as it gets made right, then I'll deal with it. Now Tooth Tamer's problems.. well.. sound slike he was getting hassled. I dont understand how that could be tolerated. But I would recommend he might want to call one of their B&M locations, ask for a manager, and explain the game ( i.e. dont call their main help lines or whatever.. call a B&M get mgr, that you can get to a corporate mgr, and let them know..whoever the first tech was, that gave him the run around.. ya.. that how growing business destroy themselves. they need to know about that lame stuff.. who ever the tech was ) and a take away for all of us, with any product or service, is have paper handy and take names etc. Tooth may have done that.. just saying it out loud to remind myself too. Nothing like a bad experience within 20 minutes out of the box, only to be compounded by very poor customer service.

Got mine yesterday. Love it. I can't think of anything else I'd want/need in a device.
Wireless charging works great too. I am a bit worried about the connection of the wireless card being delicate. I haven't had it on the charger for a long period yet so will be curious if it heats up a lot.
