I think your argument goes against you. 4 problems in a very small sample isn't good odds.

A very small sample indeed - of the people whom actually purchased and post here.
There have been two shipping delays ... I doubt there are only 10 to 12 rDNAs [rough numbers based on this thread] that have been sold.

Folks who post on forums etc typical are more vocal about problems.
For all we know there may be a 95% failure rate and those of us who have no problems are all here ;)

I would call and get the Mgr on the phone, explain your problem, and demand something be done besides make the whole thing right.

but ya.. Im just lucky on this one so far. no issues what so ever.

Jake's logic is true.. forum posters are typically a very small subset of a mass merchandised item.. loud.. but a small subset anyway. if anyone has issues, get mgr's on the phone if there is the slightest hint of help desk shenanigans! this stuff is way too expensive to deal with petty crapola!

After watching this thread closely I am glad I didn't jump on the VS rDNA right away .... every single new product launch will have some minor hiccups it does sound like VS is genuinely trying to fix the issues as they arise which is great. I think I am going to wait maybe a few more weeks or possibly a month and then going to order because I think they look great and the "floating" 510 center pin already has me sold.

I know a couple of locals here from B&M's that have VS, and all love them, like I do mine. Stuff happens occasionally, but as long as it gets made right, then I'll deal with it. Now Tooth Tamer's problems.. well.. sound slike he was getting hassled. I dont understand how that could be tolerated. But I would recommend he might want to call one of their B&M locations, ask for a manager, and explain the game ( i.e. dont call their main help lines or whatever.. call a B&M get mgr, that you can get to a corporate mgr, and let them know..whoever the first tech was, that gave him the run around.. ya.. that how growing business destroy themselves. they need to know about that lame stuff.. who ever the tech was ) and a take away for all of us, with any product or service, is have paper handy and take names etc. Tooth may have done that.. just saying it out loud to remind myself too. Nothing like a bad experience within 20 minutes out of the box, only to be compounded by very poor customer service.

Yes XB I'm waiting, waiting, waiting. LOL No buyers remorse here, just making an observation. The rDNA is a new design and eVOLV has had problems keeping up, not to mention the Innokin deal. So plenty of room for mishaps. The size of the rDNA and a replaceable 18650 battery was high on my list of desires on my next device. The rDNA would have gotten a 10 if it used the new sx350 chip. I don't care about 50watts (or more), I'm a low wattage vaper, and step down voltage would have been great to have.My order was completed yesterday and it's now waiting for usps pickup, so I should have it early next week. I'm still excited to get it, and to put my Nautilus on it and vape away :)
 
I ordered my VS rDNA and Skin on the last day of the "Sharkweek" discount and order still says "Processing". I hope to see an update today. The wait is killing me! Ordered it to replace my Evic which was my starter mod about 6 months ago. Also ordered a EHpro KFL+ V2 in black and a Infinite Magma to try my first builds on.

Got mine yesterday. Love it. I can't think of anything else I'd want/need in a device.

Wireless charging works great too. I am a bit worried about the connection of the wireless card being delicate. I haven't had it on the charger for a long period yet so will be curious if it heats up a lot.

I don't think it will heat up much because the current is so low. I ordered mine on saturday and it's just now waiting for usps pickup from VS. I should get it by midweek.
