My DNA30 is in the mail. Unfortunately, it's not as cheap as getting it from VS directly, but I wanted to have it faster, so I paid the additional $17 and ordered it from a UK shop.

I've been using my dna 30 for a couple of days and it's a great little device. Lasts longer than it should for a 1300mah battery (because it's lipo). It's an excellent compliment to the rDNA 40.

So I had a slight issue with my .10 build today. I had been at work all day and didn't have time to leave for lunch. So I wasn't able to vape for like 6 hours. Anyways when I got into the car, my kayfun was reading .09. I vaped on this for thirty minutes and it was kickin in TP much sooner. At 15 watts with the .10 build I would never hit TP. At .09 I was hitting it. Anyways it is back to reading .10. Not sure why it is doing this. I think I might try building another coil with an extra wrap to give me some cushion since I'm pushing the limits at .10.

I'm looking for an inexpensive (< $25) wireless charging station for the Vapor Shark. I know that VS sells their own, but need to have it delivered quickly and with the other order fulfillment issues they are having, I'd prefer to use Amazon 2-day shipping. Amazon does have a TON of them for sale, but I don't know if they will all work without issues with the VS (even though it is Qi-enabled). I know others have suggested the TYLT Vu, but this is outside my price range.

Anyone have direct experience using another Qi wireless charger with their rDNA30 or 40? What brand is it and would you recommend it?

I have this one:
Amazon.com: PowerBot® PB1020 Qi Enabled Wireless Charger Inductive Charging Pad Station for All Qi Standard Compatible Devices Including Samsung, iPhone, Nokia, Google, Nexus, LG, HTC and Other Smartphones with Receivers (AC Adapter Excluded. 2 x Mic

But any Qi Wireless should work like this:
Amazon.com: Qi Wireless Charger, GMYLE® Qi Enabled Mini Charging Pad for Smartphones and Tablets (Black): Cell Phones & Accessories

The smaller disk type qi chargers need more precise placement which is why I love the Tylt Vu so much. It has a 3 coil design so it's more forgiving.

And I was just coming here to thank Tony for the link for the puck I bought. I tried it out with my phone and can already tell I don't like having to lay it flat and not be able to see what's going on unless I pick it up.

I just ordered the Itian A6 (your 2nd link) about a 1/2 hr ago. I like the TYLT-esque look without the TYLT price. It also has a lot of good reviews & comes in white........right up my alley!

Lovely build Kiwi.

What wire is it and ID / Ohm's etc.

Just asking as I am waiting for my first regulated device, the VS rdna40 and looking for some TP builds to experiment with.

Ok guys....another update.

Yesterday... I told you all that I had talked to Vaporshark and that they had gotten more devices in stock and would start working on getting orders out.

This morning.....my rdna40 has shipped!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know...... Progress is finally being made

My lord I'm jealous.

Is this a Cyber Monday order? If so, am I allowed to ask how early in the day you ordered?

Inquiring minds and all that.

HMM. It's 28gauge Nickle that I twisted myself using a drill to work harden it.

Then it's 8 or 9 wraps (refer to picture) around 7/64 drill bit. Came out to 0.17 ohms. Working like a beast too. Currently VAPING it at 29 watts and it's a wonderful vape
