I think the window at the bottom of the rDNA is the same size, but the actual screen is larger.

The older screen had huge gaps around the display.. The actual dimension on the new rdna40 will be unchanged even though the chars are bigger.. right?
Is the backlog unwinding from the BF sale now? I'm looking for a new mod, but don't want to end up waiting a month or more. The rDNA40 is my first choice, but it's not the *only* choice.
Do it, do it, do it........... It's worth the wait however long. I have one, ordered a second havnt picked up my other devices since. There is a new learning curve but it's a little magical when you nail it!!
Ok, I nned video help. I've been sitting here *trying* to practice wrapping coils with a screw. Kiwi posted a vid I can't find & I thought I had it stored in 'watch later' but it's not there. If someone comes across it, PLEASE [with strawberries on top] post it again. 
How exactly does the coil catch in the screw?
I've done 10 coils- 8 turned out absolutely positively hideous.
The other 2 were perfect & usable which absolutely positively surprised me--they came out so good!
They looked like KiwiCoils 
I meant to take a pic of the coil before loading the Lemo Drop up with juice.

Not sure I follow but you just wrap the wire inside the grooves of the screw, nice and tight. While the coil is still on the screw you attach it to your atomizer, adjust it to your liking, then carefully unscrew the screw from the coil. Hope that helps some.
Right- that's the concept. My execution isn't coming out that simple. I'm ending up with uneven & bent coils.
Is the screw clean? Is the wire getting caught up on something while wrapping it, or while unscrewing? I really don't see how anybody can screw up as simple of a process. Pun intended.
Hmm, I dunno dude, I found it insanely easy. I would double check the threads on your screw are nice and smooth because maybe while backing out the screw the wire is catching on a burr or something. Other than that I don't know what else to tell ya.
try thicker wire. thin wire is harder to wrap. maybe twist two wires together first?
So the newer rDna will have the bigger screen chip?

It's up and running without the insulator installed. Flavor is not as good as previous Kayfuns. After work when I get home I'll install the insulator try another ni200 build and kanthal build.
I don't know what you mean when you say "without the insulator installed." Did I miss something in the thread? Also - what do you think is causing the flavor to not be as good as in previous Kayfuns? Is that only with the nickel build?
Saw your post on the other thread. Hope you start getting better performance from the K4.
If the nickel build is still giving you big balls try a kanthal build and report your findings.
