I ordered some of them.
If you see me raging in a couple of days here, that means i wasted another $50.
Still, i'm calm and looking forward to getting my package. I do have high hopes for this design, we'll see what happens.

I don't know if this is the right attitude to have, but i am going to throw this out there anyway. At least it is considered a re-usable product rather than a straight disposable as most things are. That way there is better opportunity to sell it or piff it. You can sell or pif a used tank wheras people will think you very odd if you sell or pif a used boge ;)

Yay for shipping! Im in NY and shipping before was just a couple days. Lets see what happens now that GV moved shipping down to the backwoods of texas... heh... (being from ny means all the south is backwoods... ok i know Ill get crushed for that! lol)

Hey, it's all a matter of perspective. I know people down here who don't accept the Mason Dixon line as the line of demarcation, they think any one who lives north of I-10 is a danged yankee, lol.

Hey ........ I resemble that remark! LOL

Really looking forward to the fast shipping from here in town. Can't wait to get my new Vivi 2.5 and updated heads. (Got shipping info)

Still enjoying my V1 stuff, though.

We shall we what we shall see. I don't imagine there will be a problem with wicking as such - none of the versions wicked bad anyway, that was not the problem. Flavor was. Sans all the other malfunctions, V1 was a bit anemic, V2 is better (totally different wick configuration), but not *quite* there, V2.5 looks sort of like a better version of V1 rather than V2, but you can't go just by looks. I'm all excited to see what happens. I know it's not going to be "bad", it's just a matter of whether it's going to be ok, good, or excellent, I think...

Plus, remember, guys, this isn't going to be any different in rebuilding than other versions, from looking at it, so it's not like you are wasting your money either way - even if the worst happens and you don't like the flavor, you still have a kick-.... rebuildable coil tank. :)

But i think it's going to be great, myself. :)

Agreed:
I need some wicking to try and resurrect 6 original Stardust I have. But truthfully, I'm so in love with the bottom coil Phoenix's, I will probably just give them away.

If memory serves, the big complaint about the V1 Nova's was the rubber burning taste? Did the new Vivi design address this? If so, I may give one a whirl...

V2 short wick version somehow corrected the odd taste. The v 2.5 long wicked one is due to arrive Sat here to me same delivery days as from Ny 3 total.
Anxious to compare to the v2 version bought elsewhere but think it will be as good if not better with the long wicks as that is the only difference i see from the photo's unless something else was done that im not aware of.

V2 has no funny taste to it - no burning or rubber or anything. And, like v1, no dry hits at all. But the flavor is, somehow, a bit less "dense"... I don't know quite how to describe it, it's not, quite, the same as just having less flavor, it's more like it's flavor with a bit of water thrown in, if that makes sense... I can deal with it, actually, bottom coils have the same kind of "flavor shift" going (for me), but the ViVi doesn't have that strange bottom-coil flavor accent (again, for me).

I'm hoping these newest heads will improve the flavor further. If not, than not. I'll just order the juices I'll use with the Vivi (there are only a few of them - there are not a lot of juices I vape constantly, I change around a lot) in extra flavor, is all. I really like this tank, it's convenient, it's cool-looking and hot-working, it's easy to clean, and it doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Can't wait to try this latest version.

Sorry a little offtopic but:
On the other end of the world, where shipping costs are ......ed, wages are even more ......ed (i worked ~2 full days for that measly $50 package) things aint that easy. It's the same as for you buying $200 disposables, that might work, or not. Guess you wouldn't be too happy if they do not

Back on track, my package shipped

Hey, Devast, I get you. Actually, since I'm on disability, I'm pretty much in the same (floundering) financial boat. When I say that a purchase at GV may make me lose weight, I'm joking, but I'm also stating a fact. :D

Congrats on your package shipping!

No thank you most sincerely for the information. It is always good for people, myself in particular as I can be particularly obtuse, to broaden their understanding of world views and world economics.

Of course  I have probably spent more than 200 on disposables I couldn't use and couldn't pass on. It wasn't till I found out it was the filler that was giving me bronchial spasms before I settled in to stable buying patterns...which is kind of where my perspective on disposables vs non comes from.

OK AFTER MANY PEOPLE ASKING US TO BUMP UP THE AMOUNT OF COIL HEADS YOU CAN BUY and some complaints about the limited number
we have decided to bump up the limit to 3 head per ohm, this will end saturday or until they are sold out. then they go to normal price.

SO if you want extra heads at the special price now is the time.

we tried to limit them so people dont swoop them up leaving other customers unhappy, but we got swarmed with our customers telling us to bump it up, so we did.

Cart is still a mess. If I added 3, it would drop it to 2. When I popped 3 of a different ohm in, it moved another ohm to 3, and moved the one I just added to 1. It doesn't like me!
