Think I got it Thanx. I'm gonna have wait to vape this tank to try it out. Unless ya know a trick for that too? What would I do without you guys

Well, as long as the liquid is below the juncture of the post and the head, you can change the head "on the fly". Just take tha hat off the head, and unscrew the head using wick slots for either a screwdriver, or, as I did, a fingernail. Repeat the procedure backwards with the new head. Just make sure to hold the tank vertical so the liquid doesn't get into the post when the head is off.

On the iTaste hold both buttons down and it will give you the ohm rating and then the recommended voltage. Comparing to meter the ohm rating appears to be .5 to 1Ω high. (using Extech autoranging - zeroed).

I started a 2.8Ω head (1 lg wick) yesterday and after 3 or 4 tanks it's metering at 2.9Ω. On the iTaste, it reads 3.5Ω. Although it works, it's not as accurate on the ohm check as a meter.

.
The iTaste desn't give you the ohm rating. What you're reading on it is the recommended range to use. ;)

Oh yiddleboge... back to the book with you! Page 2 box 3 - it should display ohms of the atty, then recommended voltage. Granted, it's not real accurate, but ballpark can be useful too.

I think I will wait to change it. It is working great I am using the 1.8 on my Buzz and it is awesome. I never would have tried a tank if it wasn't for you guys and I am so happy I did. I am def leaving this home tonite when I go out to see my friends band! Don't want anything to happen to it or lose my buzz. Just gonna take a a disposable with me. I lost my keyring mod last time I went out

built-in program of recommendation voltage range without limit voltage , when you put atomizer/ atty ,cartomizers in to itaste VV battery , itaste VV battery will automatically identify atty Ohm, press 2 buttons at the same time near LCD screen , there is display recommendation voltage range , customers either can follow this recommendation voltage range or disregard .itasteVV battery will not tacitly approve this voltage .

for example: LCD screen show number 3.5 4.2 V, this is recommendation voltage range , you can adjust voltage follow this range , you also can adjust higher voltage ,when adjust into 5V , then actually give 5V .

The above info was posted by Bad and this was also talked about in Lord Davon's review, pbusardo's review and others. The iTaste reads the atty, and pressing the 2 buttons gives you the recommended range. ;)

My manual says "automatically identify atomizer/cartomizer/clearomizer Ohms, then gives recommendation working voltage range." The way it's written I interpret it as actually giving the ohms and then giving recommended voltage. Granted, it should specify a voltage "range" and then give one number, but I could be misinterpreting. I can see your interpretation of it measures ohms, but isn't going to display it.

Maybe bad or danno can give us a clarification?

yes it does not read it out for you on the screen, it simply determines the resistance and then based on the inputs they made at the factory based on a safe variance you will get a voltage range that is acceptable for your resistance and give you that range. just like in my video. you however can go out of the that range if you choose, its simply reading your carto and determining a safe range to stay in.

Gary if you are still gettinv some burned hits on the 2.8 head with the wick unwound, take the plastic cap off the atty and check to see that the coil is in the center. If not adjust it with what someone called "the universal vaping tool", a paperclip.

I also found that the white tubing around the coil was too close. The slits in that tube where the wicks came out looked as if they werent cut properly and small loos bits were hanging over the wicks just above the coil. By loose bits I mean they were still attached to that white tube but barely. I snipped those off so nothing was touching the wick or the coil.

Seemed to fix my problem. Havent had a burned hit on the 2.8 since with those two fixes.

Lastly, you can try adding a drop or two of distilled water to the tank and give a swirl. Could just be the juice is too thick.

Does anyone have the purple tank for the vivi? If you do could you plz post a pic? I wanna see if it will match my purple Buzz pro. If not guess I will go with the silver. The purple Stardust match perfectly

Hate to mention this... but what you ask will be near impossible to give you. The color you see on your monitor will differ from what another person see's on theirs. So even if they get their picture to look identical on their monitor to the product... it probably won't match colorwise on a different computer. Even the colors seen taken from two different cameras will differ slightly.

That's true  but I just checked my tank against the images on GV and notcig, and on my moniter they seem to match pretty closely.;)

I think that mainly I was looking to see that it was in the same color range, not more to the blue or red of the color spectrum. May be lighter, or darker, but appears pretty close to the same shade of purple on my moniter. If you decide to get it, you'll have to let me know if my eye for color is still working

Yeah thanks I tried this last night :) was still getting a few burnt hits. Maybe it was because the coil was quite long, no way to get it to sit properly with the white surrounding mesh. I switched over to a TIDY clearomizer today because I wanted to try it out, but I'll see what I can do about the 2.8 head tomorrow. I'm hoping it is just that the juice is too thick, because it is a really syrupy Chocolate Mint.

Has anyone gotten an atty that just wont draw? My 2.4ohm atty just does not let air through. I filled it up first without trying to take a hit and it was like it was completely blocked. I tried pulling the coil up and when I look through the hole I see light I just don't know what the problem is. The 2.8ohm atty is working great though...

Edit: Found the problem, there is no slit at the connector end. Therefore, no air can go through. Really sucks that something like this would get by...
