I will take your word for it.![]()
Oh I'm definetly a little dense. I'm also a bit thick as well, but even I got that sarcasm.Ah come on... where is the fun in that...
Just ball up some wire and toss it in without water first as a control test... then toss it in to a glass of water![]()
For those that may be a bit dense... that really was suppose to be a dark sarcastic joke...
If you want to try this and want to be safest use distilled water, pure water doesnt conduct electricity ( look it up).
geez hasn't anybody microwaved leftover chinese food in the paper tub with the metal handle? nothing happens lol
and really even if it did get hotter having it in a glass of water should keep it about the same temp as the water.....
As far as I am concerned, putting metal in the microwave is on the nutty side of safe... But, then, as I often say, I'm paranoid.
I can just see this. Headline: A man blows up his microwave and ends up in the hospital - electronic cigarette responsible!
Oy-vei...![]()
Dang, my microwave with the metal rack inside would drive you bonkers.
Random google image here because I can't take picture as I'm at work
