very dissappointed. cant get in contact with SI

i have tried contacting SI for the past week about the 20 XL cartomizers that i recieced last week that are all bunk. every single one if them will not absorb an juice at all. and if i poke the filler with a needle a few time, the juice runs straight out thru the bottom. i have wasted alot of juice trying to get these things to work. i know there is no warranty on cartomizers, but if i would have known about the XLs being bunk i would have got the regular ones. is there anything SI can do? im dissappointed considering that was my months supple of cartomizers.

i should have posted my problem on here last week. as soon as i posted this today, i had them call me and work everything out within the next half hr.. if not less. i appreciate that so much. i cant thank you enough SI. will be ordering again soon.
Kevin, that is the main reason I went with SI from the get go, they stand behind their products. So glad that you get it all worked out.
