I just got a pack of these, and so far... kind of on the fence.

The flavor and vapor is indeed fantastic. They're awesome there. But... Yes, there's always a but...

Out of the 5, 3 of them are flooding badly. Two of them I've lost easily half the juice I put in them clearing the flooding. Not even going to get into the spitting.

Am I doing something wrong? Because this is not something I would have expected from these clearomizers.

[Edit]

For the record, I'm vaping Zombie Blood, Spook Sauce, Melon Boba, and Panty Dropper in 4 of them, and Soho in the 5th, so I can't say what the VG/PG ratio is. All of the liquids are thick though so probably a minimum of 50% VG, if not more in some of them.

I also forgot to mention that one of them that was flooding was actually getting vapor INSIDE the tank. Never had that happen before.

hmm, the one that flooded , did you to blow out any juice inside , then do a test vape to make sure there is no gurgle, then see if that fixes your issue, also since the flavor wick sits on top , it is possible it wasnt placed right, if oyu want, you can try to remove the top metal cap, and using a pin readjust the top wick. i did experience one that overwicked while completely full, i blew out the juice in the tube and gave it a flick and it was fine form that point on but overall i havent had issues with these. ill make a video for tomorrow and do a break down of them for you guys, hope that helps a little since normally if there was a massive flooding issue everyone would be mentioning it and we would get messages about that but that really hasnt happened so im glad you mentioned something so i can look out for that and lets see what the cause is, this way i can have that looked into, we worked hard getting these working as well as they do so we want to make sure that every one is working the way they should. oh, on the thickness of the juice, we worke don that as well so that shouldnt be the issue, certain juices will wick faster then others, thats pretty normal depending on the ratio they blended it with but we tested many variations of juices and then designed the wick and flavor wick to deal with all kinds of juices.

Yeah I blew out all 3 of them that flooded which is how I lost most of the juice that was in them.

That said, I completely refilled all of them and let them sit over night, and now I only have 1 that is flooding. The other 2 have stopped and the draw has actually tightened up on them quite a bit. Not sure how or why that happened.

Another question. Do you plan on making an 808 version like you did with the Phoenix clearomizers? I originally bought these to use on my G6 batteries, unaware that they don't work on automatic batteries. And that's fine, I've been using them on my VV V3 instead with a cone cover, and have been loving them. Would just like to get these for my G6 automatics as well.

Hehe, I would appreciate some custom tanks, but it's not necessary. Would just be nice if they were available so I have new good tanks to use with my stick batteries. Kind of getting tired of the too-big e-Smarts, and I never cared for the Halo Mini-tanks.

getting a fluxo with 808 threading won't be of any help....the fluxo will not work on an automatic battery.

correct unless the airhole is not in the middle of the battery, if its the other type of auto where the air comes form the side then it will work but im not familar with that battery you have

I know. I've got both manual and automatic G6 batteries. I'd rather they worked with autos as well, and maybe at some point they'll add a hole to the center post. If not, I've got a work around, which is not for the faint at heart. Let's just say... I'm glad for the Dremel press and that these come in packs of 5, so if I screw 1 of them up, it's not that big of a deal. ;)

Not that I've attempted that. Yet. I'm just enjoying the new fluxomizers on my VV V3 right now. Great flavor and vapor, which is a nice change after having tried some of the newer tanks that have just been bad, like the iClear 16B and 30B.

Chris, sadly I agree with Ryuukon (about being on the fence still). I've been through 4 of them already, each from different packs, and I am getting lots of gurgling in all of these! I'm using 70/30 and do NOT overfill. I am constantly blowing them out (wasting juice each time), then after 2 or 3 vapes, the gurgling is back. I'm using them both vertically and horizontally....same issue with the gurgling. The flavor is awesome and I'd so love for these to work, but the constantly gurgling and wasting juice blowing them out is driving me crazy!!!

msbree and others thank you for the feedback, ill do some spot testing, and see what it could be and ill speak to the manufacturer as well, we are well into over 300 packs sold and so far you and keela and few others are giving us good feedback with some that are getting gurguling with, so we will try to see the cause and have that ironed out. Over all im happy everyone is liking them and rest assured we will do our best to alleviate any wonky ones that happen to slip by.
