Well ain't this special. I've been recommending these damn things like there's no tomorrow, and now this?

I'll have to read this whole thing, but in the meantime, quick questions;

A) Do these problems still exist in the "latest and greatest" Version 2.5?
B) Same problems regardless of 3.5ml vs. 2ml? (I'm guessing YES)
C) Has anyone contacted these (apparent) idiots to see if they're planning on getting their heads dislodged from their buttocks?

Thanks.

Sorry the pics aren't up close, my camera won't focus too close.

Big difference that I saw is that the big knob sticking out in the middle of the battery post isn't sticking out. It's almost flush, almost. So no grinding it down. I rebuilt a coil for it last night, it turned out okay, I know what to do next time as well. Kind of a trial and error type thing for me. Will continue to tinker, and see what I can do with coils before I get too much further into it. One instance where having large hands does not help is in coil making.

Side-note: Burning cotton-ball doesn't vape well, unless you want some massive TH and nasty flavor.

Took apart to recoil the viva head that I have been using with the original wick and a cotton wick laid over the top. I found this burnt sleeve under the coil. It has two round burn holes on each side where the legs go down.

I got a similar result with a batch of new heads from a recent purchase. Brand new, stock head started tasting burnt after just two days use. When I took it apart I found the collar was scorched. Rebuilt it with just cotton baton and kanthal 32 (did not use NR wire for legs). Its been a real treat for the past four days now.
