In my tiny mind, i just pictured the guy that harvests tobacco in North Carolina and Virginia say. Presumably he uses a combine harvester like this:

That thing has had more contact with tobacco than my gear! You know where i'm going with this right?

T

Yeah, but if you wired your RBA tank up to the truck battery on that thing as a straight unregulated mech mod, then bang, another unapproved tobacco product! I wonder what kind of coil would work best for 400 amps?

Then again, you'd probably get quite a bang out of that battery when you press the fire button......

If we ever intend to get anywhere, either a Court of Law or Congress needs to supersede the FDA and Revoke the Definition of an e-cigarette as a Tobacco Product.

This amounts to stating Paint which includes Toluene is a Solvent
Water with Salt is a Spice>>>>>>>>>>>>think Oceans

I have no answers.......only hopes.

One Nice note:
Hundreds and hundreds of Facebook post to the FDA Deeming page and none of them are Nice Deeming favorable.
I doubt the FDA has ever before angered so many individuals over incompetence in initiating regulation.:glare:

The Vapor Technology Association has released an extremely useful document, outlining the key dates in the deeming implementation, and what manufacturers and suppliers must do to remain on the market.

I won't say anything more just now, but take a look through and understand that the implications of deeming do not start in 2018, but start almost immediately....
Wonder what this will do to the market and cost?

I wish this could happen, have the Nic labs get their product approved, it may only be in low dose Nic and highest 24, but at least the products would be approved and then vape shops could at least sell these approved Nic level bases in zero flavor. 24, 18, 12, 9, 6, 3 mg levels. If Nic labs worked together so they could each get a level or two approved each, they could all stay in business by offering different levels. Then we could still have Nic available.

As for delivery I am hoping Provape is getting Provari approved at least and a pen sized ego type or itaste pen type approved. Anyone heard if anyone has submitted snything yet?

I was looking thru the paperwork required for vendors to submit to FDA, it is a sea of forms! Yikes !

And that doesn't even touch the state forms required plus the tobacco tax forms, it is crazy. I was just reading that NM is considering a 66% tax on tobacco products which means now all vape stuff if anything gets approved. Geez it will really be expensive to vape.

I am thinking of Domestic, and foreign mod makers bringing new mods to market in the US, is Aug. 8th, 2016 the deadline they have to meet? After this date they have to have FDA approval?

China has no obligation to file PMTA's with the FDA. Foreign suppliers will be the mainstay for black market ops here. Of course there will need to be some creative/risky shipping methods.

I've been watching Provape. They have much to lose being the largest hardware maker here in the U.S. But no, nothing from them yet. It's too soon.

That said, I have 2 provaris. If you need a regulated mod that will outlast vaping armageddon along with the cockroaches this is probably the way to go IMO.

I have 2 provari mini's plus the extensions. I just got a Svd 2 iTaste regulated mod. I have 4 rebuildable Kayfuns to play with too :) they should get me thru plus a bunch of other stuff I accumulated thru the years. The provari mini price is great now, my first one was way more money than this last one.
