Are there any rebuildable clearo mini type sizes with ego connections? I love iclear 16's :) I heard the kanger pro mini 3 was rebuildable but doesn't that take replacement coils??

All the Protank coils are rebuilable, there are a number of youtube videos showing how. If you go that route I would highly recommend you go to Lightning Vapes and buy the complete coil assembly they sell. Much much easier.

I believe the vaping industry will be gifted to the Chinese. The bankers/gov is terrorized of the outstanding debt owed to China. So I can see vaping staying the same (mostly) as it ever was, cept no American competition. China gets the lucrative vape industry while the gov gets their lb of flesh in the form of import tax! I can even see the cost to the consumer staying relatively low ( but still considerably higher). The facts speak to the reality that vaping is the best form of harm reduction & when folks start dying as a result of being deprived of this most efficacious form of smoking cessation, the lawsuits would literally flood the courts!!! Now this is just one mans opinion & please don't let it effect whatever course of action one has planned. But this is how I see this playing out. Would love to hear others thoughts on this theory but am not open for arguing/debating this issue but feel free to show where I could be off base. As a compromise, could/would this be acceptable to the world of vaping? I could probably come up with worse scenarios as I just want to vape to stay off of fire sticks even at a higher cost!!! This is but a notion I have & no harm is meant by it. Having a little fun with this three ring circus.

Keith Ps. I do have a online future teller license & did stay @ a Holiday Inn (LOL LAME)

It is My Understanding that the Purpose of the Congressional Review Act is to provided a Check and Balance in the Rule Making Progress. So a Federal Agency can Not just come up with Anything they want and there is No Vehicle for Opposition via Congress.

And that the Review Process is Not Instigated by a Request from Congress for Review. It is a Statutory Requirement that BOTH House of Congress are given a Copy of the Final Rule. And have the Option to Raise Opposition if they believe that the Rule is Not in Concordance to the Law(s) that gave the Agency Authority to Make the Rule.

The President also has the Power to Veto congressional Opposition to a Rule. And there is a Mechanism for Congress to Over-Ride a Presidential Veto.

It would be Nice if CASAA or SFATA or AMSEA or TVECA or anyone who has Lawyers could comment on this aspect of the Rule Making Progress.
It is my understanding that the Congressional Review is actually a Congressional Review Period, 60 days. The FDA likely fulfilled their requirement by submitting their report to both Houses and the Comptroller upon publication. It will now take a member of congress to draft a resolution and bring it before committee for anyone to have any kind of vote on it. It would then require a two thirds vote of both houses(I think) to survive a presidential veto.

OK... Let's assume that what you said is True.

Why wouldn't then Every Vaper in Vaping Community be writing their Individual Reps and Demanding that they Draft Such a Resolution?

My reps (both house and senate) are all for this abomination. But I'm really hoping it becomes a topic during the meeting CASAA (?) is having with Cole in June :)

I Don't think it is Possible to Find a More Anti e-Cigarette pair that these Two.

California Senators, Representatives, and Congressional District Maps - GovTrack.us

They are Kinda the Batman and Robin of ANTZ. And my House Rep Isn't Exactly a Member of CASAA.

But those in the 50th District of California have someone who is Very Pro e-Cigarettes.

Duncan Hunter, Representative for California's 50th Congressional District - GovTrack.us

But... But... I thought the SC said giving Money to Elected Officials was a form of "Free Speech"?

So it just that BP has been Speaking Very Freely in the last couple of years when it comes to e-Cigarettes.

;)

BTW - Thank God that are Current FDA Commissionaire doesn't have a Laundry List of Ties to BP. That would be a Nightmare. Kinda like the Last FDA Commissionaire.

We do, but you need to realize we are a very small percentage of overall Vapers........not considering themselves in a Community or even aware of what is happening.

Sadly maybe one or Two, and we have. Now, if we could find a way(National Tv/Radio/Print/etc.) to reach the rest of the 21 million Vapers in this country and get 1/2 of them the respond............:D

Two new large US surveys find 15-21 million vapers, 3.2-4.3 million vapers no longer regularly smoke cigarettes

If a Resolution under the Congressional Review Act only needs 1 House or Senate Member to Initiate it, then One or Two is Enough. Right?

Hey I don't Know if the CRA can even be Done. But were kinda at the End of the Road Here.

Only if those 30,000 members were from the same district. Remember, ECF is international in nature and the membership is global.

Funny thing about the US House and Senate. Anyone, From Any District (or any Country) can write a Letter to Any Rep or Senator.
