I just don't get some people sometimes, what would posses someone to create a virus. Why do people feel the need to create havoc, lie, cheat, and steal.

Please. I've read them I'm sure. I've been using apple computers for over twenty years and have never worried. all 3 off the Mac viruses make you type your password before they can infect your computer. Now if your talking about blackhat contest winners exploits that's another story. Bit then again they need physical access to the machine.

After reading your three pages. I'll still sleep like a baby.

Mac OS X and Linux are very similar.

You are correct, both are based on unix Mrengles sir. The main reason macs don't get nearly as many viruses is hackers don't generally tend to .... where they eat...

Ah that might be why my virus scan was going "Threat Detected!" when I was not logged in.

<----has a Win PC with all of the problem programs BUT knows how to avoid things and if I do get something knows how to quickly get rid of the stuff.

I would never use anything else...

I updated everything and had to print out instrutions on how to delete old stuff. I normally just have my son the ex AOL tech do it for me! I ran Nortons, but they only picked up a few problems and deleted them.
