Perhaps the wrong place to ask but is anyone else having problems with the Quote button? Sometimes I have to refresh the screen 4 or 5 times and click on it just right to get it to work.

Come to think of it... I may have misunderstood your post. I have a problem with a back arrow on quoted posts (the arrow doesn't take me to the original post as it should). I don't have any other problems with quoting. Sorry.
Tapatalk Participated threads is still broken. First time going to it, it returns some newer items then a bunch of old ones. On a Refresh it returns nothing.
Tapatalk Web links are also broken, ECF is not responding with correct information. For instance, for this thread if I select to copy the thread url it lists: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/index.php?threads/837033/
Plugging that into a browser gets a response of "File not found".
It's like there is a section of code designed to feed responses to tapatalk queries that simply needs to be updated to point to the right new data. (Thread indexes must have changed or not been created yet, tapatalk is getting values from somewhere that is pre-migration.)

When I press Quote it just goes from +Quote to -Quote in red letters. That's all that happens.
and you should see a banner when you first click on 'quote' that the message was added to multi-quote 
If you do (leave), you might be followed by a certain toon and a dark tower... just sayin'.
Oh, Enaud... I'm so terribly sorry to hear that. I really am. You've been here for so many years and helped so many people, new and experienced alike. Heck, I'm still grateful to you for letting me know that I can use Aspire BVC coils in my Kanger STM...
We've already lost a bunch of good and useful features, familiar layout, distinctive look and functionality of the old ECF, and now we're losing valuable members. For what? More silly icons, round avatars and a pulsating dot? Please somebody convince me that it's all worth it.
Wish I could (convince you), but after about a nano second on Alu-min-ium, I KWICKLY returned to what works: the ECF theme.
Tech support for it? Yeah, that's ok. I'm pretty sure I can manage!
But if we don't use the soft metal skin, we'll need Dorothy close by with the oil can.

@tiburonfirst , Nope, never gets that far. Actually since yesterday I have to refresh the screen to even get a reply box. That's a new issue that just started.
On the iPad this morning I can see emoticons and the reaction buttons but still can’t post to the thread unless I either reply to a post or switch to my phone to post. The post reply doesn’t work even after refreshing the page several times.
Are you using the new skin? Some folks are reporting having more success with the original ECF theme, which Oliver stated he plans on leaving up.... Good luck,

I'm using the default skin that I've always used. I've never liked any of the new skins that were introduced so I've always stuck with the default one. I'm firmly in the camp of if it ain't broke, why fix it.
Bummer. I hope it sorts itself out for you. I'm okay with the new skin but I do really miss the way the alerts functioned in the old one. Almost worth going back for... almost.
