I am glad to hear things are getting better for you guys Ms. T... That sucks they took out the appendix and didn't need to :( That happened with my wife and her gall bladder... They took that out thinking it had something to do with some pains that she was having and then later found out it was a pancreas issue and did not need to remove her gall bladder :(
PLEASE, take your time with recovery, we will still be here when you are ready to go again :)

Welcome back Tammy! I honestly thought about you each day, everytime i'd go to fill up my tank, i'd start thinking about the situation and sometimes would just say a small prayer. Im glad he's ok. and im sure hes just as scared as you are by catching things at college! HAHA. Once again im so glad everything is alright. and once again, take your time! but at the same time, im thinking what new changes are going to be made to speed up process's...i feel like a little kid going "OH BOY!" hahaha

Very glad to read that your son is on the mend and you are not seeming as frazzled as I know I would be!

My stepson currently attends one of the satellite Penn State Campuses and is moving up to the main campus this summer and what you are going through is exactly one of my fears!!!! Him getting really sick and us being over 2 hours away.
UGH KIDS!!!!!!!

It was probably just some random thing that could never be replicated. I try to not over-medicate my kids hoping they'll have nice healthy immune systems to fight the nasties, but sometimes that 1/mil thing just happens. I wouldn't worry about it too much (like that's possible, LOL). At least the appendix is that odd part that they think is useless.

Can't wait to get my order in! These other flavors are really beginning to get me down.
I want my Banana Fosters Coffee with Cream!!! In the worst way!!! You need to share your recipe lady! ;):vapor::drool:

On the edge of insanity..
Tammy,

I am glad to hear that things are finally starting to look up for you. I am sure it has been difficult. As I said before I couldn't begin to imagine if it was my little girl.

On a lighter note, I received my very first order from you today and all I can say is WOW! I have heard many people talk about your Snickerdoodle Cookie and I just had to experience it for myself. I am so happy that I took the chance on a new juice, and I am even more happy that I got 30mls. Normally I only grab a sample when trying something new, but after reading all the rave reviews I took the plunge. You will definitely be getting more business very soon!

Thank you very much and I hope things continue to look up for you and your family!

WOW what a week!! Me and my family have been through so much! So I know what's on everyone's mind...What the heck happened? Well to this day we really don't know what was wrong! When they operated they found this mysterious green stuff on top of some of his organs in his stomach. While they were there they removed his appendix just in case there was something wrong with it. Turned out that there was nothing wrong and took it for no reason. They also discovered that he now has ulcerative colitis in the large intestines and Crohns Disease in the small intestines. I have never seen a person in so much pain as my son was. It was touch and go for the first 3-4 days. I don't think he opened his eyes or had a conversation with anyone for the first 4 days. The weirdest thing was that as fast as this came he got better just as fast. He is up and going now and (against mother) he had to go back to college. I worry so much because of all the germs that are at college. I text him almost hourly to wash his hands. And if he catches something I will pull him out of that college so fast his head will spin!

Through all this I really thought I would have a bunch of major angry customers but that was not the case. And for that I appreciate each and every one of you! There was so many emails and forum posts....to many to answer individually! As most of you may know I don't just look at each of you as a customer but as family as well!! So I am sending one BIG..HUGE...Hug and Thank You All Very Very Much for all the kind words!

It is taking me just a bit to get back into the swing of things again. But I will get it going back to normal here shortly. So bare with me! Also there will be some changes very soon with my company! No I am not changing recipes or anything ..but I will be doing a few things to speed things up around here.

Thanks again For Everything!!

Oh Ya!
Please don't respond to this. I don't want her to have anything wasted on her!! I just want her to hear this!
To that one person! You know who you are! I can't believe a grown women would say such things as you did! How can you hide behind your computer and say such mean things to another person that they wouldn't say in person! I hope you wake up and realize that you were talking about a situation that involved a sick child! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes finally we know what happened! My son went back to the doctor that operated on him yesterday for a check up. While there the reports came back on what that green stuff was! Guess what it was? All this time I have been telling them what it was but they didn't listen. Couple days before this happened my son, his girlfriend and about 6 other friends went to an event at the event they had spaghetti and meatballs. Every one of those people got food poising except my son. How do we know they got food poising? Well they ended in the ER. Well I guess because my son has crohn's disease my his intestines decided to deal with it in a different way. What happened once it got to the small intestine it made it inflame and the ECOLI seeped through the intestine wall! YES it was freaking ECOLI!! All the time he was in the hospital ...every single doctor I seen I mentioned that about the food poising but they said "no that couldn't have anything to do with it" Well guess what I was RIGHT!! So all that time they treated him for something they had no idea what it was until now when it was to late! So now I have my son talking to the nurse with hopes that it will get back to the proper person to make sure this never happens again!

Just wanted to give everyone an update!

Thanks again for all your support! I Love Each and Every One Of You!!

Omg... you're kidding me. That goes to show that a mother knows best! I hope you get an apology. By not listening to you they put your son through a lot! I'm so happy you got answers Tammy. Now you guys can find peace with it. Wow that would ruin meatballs for me. I haven't gone to Wendys in 12 years for that reason. Wendys is a fast food joint just incase y'all don't have them up north.
Hugs!

I am so glad that they at least were able to give you answers. I do not know why doctors have such a hard time listening to us moms. What would it have hurt to just look into it and rule it out? Anyway just goes to show that no matter what age our lil monsters are we are still very intune with them.
I hope you can sleep easier now, have a terrific day.
PS I am waiting patiently to put in my first order. Everyone is just crazy for your juice and I am excited to try it myself.

E freakin' Coli?!?!?!

What sort of bogus event is your son attending where they serve E Coli Spaghetti?!?!

Considering the hospital stay, the unnecessary surgery, the whole mess of other people who were infected... The caterer NEEDS to be sued. I'm not the type who usually jumps straight to "sue 'em", but if they are serving large amounts of people, and making them sick, SOMEONE needs to put a stop to it before they make someone else sick, or, heaven forbid, dead.

Thank goodness they FINALLY pinned it down. Takes away that big question mark. Good lord, woman, the things you've been through!

Much love coming your way, Tee!

+1. I'm in foodservice. That is nothing but old fashioned negligence. Gross.
