It just means that the 510 connector on the mod is movable like a spring.

510 connector of the mod is where your tank/dripper get attached to so that it will get connected to the mod. There's a few variation of the 510 connector of the mod.

Some are of fixed height (thus only certain tank and dripper can work with the mod)

Some are threaded (means height can be adjusted with a screwdriver) and

Some are springloaded (spring beneath the connector, thus the 510 connector can fix most tank/dripper)

RTA = rebuildable tank atomiser
RDA = rebuildable dripper atomiser

Thanks Karstine. I'll go read up and familiarize with the hardware. Slightly hard now because i've never held an actual piece.
It would definitely be helpful if i ever go window shopping overseas where vaping is legal. At least i won't appear as a complete noob.
