I won't say I think you will be happy with what you just bought as you sound like you are already there and you probably are being a lot smarter then I was abut being content :)

Thrilled! That was a great post. I totally appreciate your patronizing a local small business. When I find a local shop that carries these items, I will definitely throw them a bone. And you are right on about the draw on the njoy...and no vapor for all that work!

I am considering the "upgrade". Is the Vamo a good place to start, in your opinion? (Keep in mind I've only owned egos). Will my evods and Kanger T2s fit on the Vamo?

Lastly.. Is there a real significant difference in the flavor and vapor production when you upgrade? :vapor:

The Vamo is excellent, and you can get into a kit for $50, which is half what I spent on a cheap Ego clone kit at my local B&M store (of which I use NONE of the parts anymore).

Twists and Spinners are great too and offer a much more streamlined form-factor for travel. However, when they die, you'll need to replace the whole battery, and now you've spent the same amount as the Vamo kit.

Most importantly, the EVODs and T2s will fit the Vamo as it has both 510 and Ego threads. However, the ego threads are recessed a bit so you "could" unscrew the clearo tank from the base by accident, spilling the juice. You'd do well to pick up a couple 510-to-Ego adapters, for a couple $$s each. This will raise the tank a little so you can grasp the base of the tank when removing.

And finally, yes, since you'll be able to adjust the voltage and/or wattage, you'll be able to fine tune your flavor and vapor hit, whereas your egos are fixed voltage.

Vamos=very good; get adapter for EVODs or any BCCs; dont need adapter for ProTanks or Vivi Novas; get one big battery 18650 and 2 little batteries (18350s) so you can use the Vamo in shorty mode.

Hope it helps.

My nJoy experinec was very much like yours.......................I found the draw very hard - of course its an automatic which usually means you have to draw to activate rather then push a button and inhale but I found it hard enough to the point I felt like I was really struggling t get any vapor................................I just worry sometimes with as prevalent as nJoys are getting and what seems like a poor experience a lot of people have - how many go back to analogs using that experience as to what vaping is like and they never find out that there are much better options out there..........................

I've been vaping for 4 years, have been reading posts on various vaping sites for 4 years and talked to probably about 100 local people who have tried vaping.

Based on that experience, I have come to the conclusion that for every one person who quits analogs by using a Blu/NJoy type PV, there are easily 50 - 100 who decide from using one of these models that vaping is a scam and doesn't work. Of those 50 - 100, maybe 10 are persistent enough to find a site like this and explore more effective options. The rest just go back to analogs.

I'm glad you've found something that will KEEP you off of cigs. I have the same enjoy kit you started with and crack open the carts to refill with a coffee juice I really like. I get where you're coming from saying you craved the real thing. I can't say I struggled after 15 yrs of smoking, but the first day had it's moments of wanting to go buy a pack of smokes. I stuck it out and by the end of day 2 told myself I'd never take another drag off a cancer stick. So far it doesn't seem like a promise I won't easily be able to keep. Frankly, part of me wants to invest and experience the vaping splendor you're now getting with your set up. The other part of me remembers what my high school psych teacher said about a powdered narcotic "I never tried it, because I knew I'd like it". :)
