Beautiful Classy!! I have a step-daughter that does stained glass. When she lived close by I was her expert foiler - a task she had no patience for. I don't want to say I'm happy she moved but I don't miss that task one bit. 
I like foiling...but I loved sitting on top of my workbench leading better ! A lot of my more detailed pieces are combined.

Ok...pics of pics...this one is a Glass Quilt. It is 5' x 5' and installed pretty high up ! Up in the mountains in California at Big Bear.
It is of course leaded and has steel reinforcement bars. The floral and hummingbird sections are the foiled pieces so I could have smaller detail.
This is one of my favorites...looking at it in person...I can smile.

WOW. just wow. that is stunning, amazing and wonderful. the flowers are amazing! and the dove!

Thank you! I really enjoy it when I'm in a "groove".....you're right, it can be unforgiving...however, that is what sandpaper is for!
