The only thing that still confuses me sometimes is the "reward system". I used to do a task (laundry, dishes, cooking, whatever, etc.) then stop to rest and sit down to smoke in one area in our home, a dedicated place that had an exhaust fan in a window. Now I can go about my business daily and vape whenever and wherever I want to in my own home. That still feels awkward sometimes, like I'm missing something, but I have to remind myself...Oh, yeah, it's THIS now, and it's okay. Habits are hard to break.
Other than that, I don't miss one single thing about smoking cigarettes. I ditched them 9 months ago, after smoking for 40+ years, and I'm very grateful for this alternative, yay!
I too used the reward system after completing a project or task. Sit down, take a little break and smoke.
Once in a while, I do think about smoking after eating. That was my favorite time to smoke.
Overall I don't miss it one bit but now and again, I do think about my old habits.

The whole 6+ months I've been just vaping I haven't even kind of got a nicotine buzz except for a couple weeks ago I just built a microcoil for my mini pt2 and I took a few deep lung inhales and it hit me, just a tiny bit. Still haven't got it besides that one time which kind of is upsetting, don't know why that one coil did it one time.
