Hi. I'm a big advocate for E-cigs, and have been off cigarettes for 4 months.

I've been using 0nicotine for 2 months now, still no craving for nicotine.
The only reason i continue to "vape" is b/c my job requires it.
I just started a "keto" diet, where I have to keep my sugar/carb intake completely limited.

I'd like to understand in more factual detail what I'm taking in exactly, and how my body handles, absorbs, and breaks down this "VG".
Thank you very much!!

What Is Vegetable Glycerin? (with pictures)

Note:
"Chemically speaking, glycerin is an alcohol, but for food purposes, it is classed — in the USA — as a carbohydrate by the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), because it provides calories and is not a fat or a protein."

That's "classed" not IS.

"The compound is metabolized more slowly than sucrose — the type of sugar most commonly found in candy and in processed foods — and therefore does not have such a dramatic effect on blood sugar levels."

And they are talking about ingestion not inhalation. Big difference. Much of it will be exhaled. I'm guessing if you were on a no/low carb diet, it wouldn't turn the ketostix pink ;)
