I'd gotten down to 1/2 PAD of smokes (from 1 - 1.5 PAD for 42 years)...when I decided to try vaping to quit smoking. I still smoked while vaping for almost 2 months, by slowly lowering the number of cigarettes I smoked, as I increased my vaping. It was a method that worked
for me personally, and I've had no desire at all for a cigarette,
not even once...since I had my last one nearly 4 years ago.
There are many different methods of switching over, time periods for doing it, vaping set-ups and nic levels used while switching, etc., that have worked for
other people. However, what
works for you may be entirely different than those...and that's perfectly fine!
