What's a Tootie Puffer?

Seems to be a new slang floating around; there were a couple threads on it.

It's going to boil down to low wattage.

Somebody vaping a 3 ohm coil at 12 volts probably wouldn't be called a tootle puffer.

Just my opinion....but I think that's ridiculous, as vaping isn't about how tough you are but, saving your life while enjoying the pleasures at the same time.

I figured it was higher-ohm, lower-powered devices. Like the ProTank/Ego setups I've used for years (at 1.8-2.0 ohm).

Pretty much the opposite of cloud chasing.
