I have to be the biggest dummy here. This is still all Greek to me. ;)

That's the beauty of a Variable device. You screw on a topper. If it's too hot and dry, turn it down. If it's too cool and/or wet, turn it up. If it doesn't fire at all, replace it with something that does :)

What could be simpler?

Well come on up to Richmond, and I will show you how to rebuild.

It really is not that hard. You can see, rebuilding hasn't made me abandon my ProVari, it has only broadened my horizons, and given me a better vape.

I agree entirely. I have 4 Mini Protank 2's and 15 heads that I'm about to put on the classifieds. I just can't go back now that I have my two Kayfuns.

I'll keep an eye out for those - my mom is going to be 80 this year and has been smoking since she was 15. She has been trying to vape and my brother says she picked up a MPT2, so it might be a good idea to get her a couple more. She still builds her own computers (my mom rocks) but I don't think she'd be up to a rebuildable. :)

I'm a born tinkerer so that side of our shared hobby appeals to me greatly.

That's one of the nice things about vaping, it's as simple/complicated as we want to make it.

I have built cars, motorcycles and houses so winding a coil for an RBA is a given for me :)

I have Siri if I get a flat? Kinda the same. (Totally kidding).well, not about Siri...about it being the same. Never mind. ;)

Hold up hold up,
Ok , when I say subohm - I kinda meant .50 and under
.8 is not considered sub ohm to me even though it technically is..

And what's your nicotine level in your juices ?
Mines 24 mg - victory red line - a heavy tobacco based juice.

My main reason to not go sub ohm is I can't vape anything higher than 0mg nicotine , hence - chasing clouds -

with my Provari I run 24 or 18mg nic with my dual coil double punched carto tank and I cannot be anymore happier.

Plus, I was more into the showing horses, racing dirt bikes, 4-wheeling, shooting range competition kind of thing. Looks can be deceiving. ;)

I once cut halfway into one of the braids in my hair and then stopped because I thought my mom would be mad. I was very surprised when she unbraided my hair and a big clump fell out. Yes, I was 6, but in some areas my brain still operates on slow speed!

hehe, well...next time I happen to be in Richmond, I'll let you know (FYI, I've never been there). I can Skype though. Which I will probably need to do when I get into rebuilding. It's more and more intriguing.
