Recently, every time I try price comparing a product I'm looking to buy I keep finding the item at an unbelievably low price on fasttech.com. Now, I'm sure they are a Chinese company (they'd have to be with the prices they have). Has anyone used them? Are they a reputable/reliable company? Do they ship form China or do they have a domestic distributor? And if they do ship from China, is the S&H ridiculously expensive and does it take forever to get the order? I've been royally screwed over by purchasing something from China in the past and told myself that I'd never make the same mistake again, but if they are truly a reputable company I wouldn't mind giving them a try - especially since their prices are insanely lower than any US site could have. Really any information about them would be helpful. Thank you.

I just received a $33 order I placed with them. I placed the order on the 6th, it shipped on the 10th, and I received it on the 17th. Not too shabby a speed from China. Ordered a Sentinal clone in solid brass, 2 Panasonic 2900mAh 18650 batteries and a digital dual 18650 charger. All work fine.

When they shipped they also took a photo of the packet and it was available for me to view when I logged into their website. They are legit, and the shipping was from Hong Kong.

I've ordered from Fasttech a few times and haven't had any negative experiences. They offer free international shipping and a good return/replacement policy Items from them have taken 10 days to get to me, on average. Read up on others' experiences with them; there are a few threads about them on the forum, but this is the main one: The FastTech Thread For All FastTech Posts

Most all hardware is made in china...fasttech offers free shipping...delivery is about 10 days from date of order...they are very well known and popular...U won't be sorry for using them...they R cheap becuz U cut out the US middle man and are buying directly from China....there is a very long thread here someplace which talks all about them...I never had any problems with them or their products and they offer a great warranty as well...can't go wrong..

I was relieved to see them going through PayPal - Not a chance in hell I'd have given them my credit card to store unencrypted or poorly encrapted in some ill-secured database operated by under-paid under-supervised admins... I ordered the Private V2 on the 11th and received a blurry photo of a manila envelope (that could've contained anything and been addressed to anyone), and the tracking number they gave me indicated that something has been shipped and crossed the ocean at least :) Доверяй, но проверяй (trust, but verify)

I've ordered 3 times from them and no problems. I was a little hesitant at first because their prices were so low but now I look there first when I want anything. They sell clones/knock offs or whatever you want to call them but they also sell name-brand stuff too. They tell you if it's a clone/knockoff and they tell you if it's the real thing. IMHO just order away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FastTech? They are what they are. Some of the cheap pricing is due to imitations so just be aware of that. For example, if you are looking for a Kanger ProTank it won't necessary be a genuine item unless FT says "Kanger" in the product description.

If you are a new to all this I think it's a better idea for you to find a couple few USA suppliers first you know you can count on. As a new user FT isn't the place you go if you mess us and find yourself running out of liquids, you make a mistake and kill a battery etc. and need something... fast. Most US based vendors can get something to you in only 3 days with their standard shipping option. You may want to hold off a bit on investigating those super cheap prices on FT until you get your feet wet.

what i dont get is how they make a profit on selling/shipping something that costs 50 cents. lol it costs me more than that to send a postcard overseas.

but yeh there are a lot of fastech threads (like a new one every other day) with the same or similar questions. if you are new to forums there is a search function on the top right, google (most ecig question direct you right back to ecf), and more than one page of open threads if you scroll to the bottom or top and see the 1,2.3.4...

How do U call a copy of a chinese product made by another chinese company, a counterfeit...when U don't even know the original parts OEM in the first chinese company..all U know is what they do and how they look,...I never understood that here...its not like Ford is a counterfeit Chevy....they both the same (vehicles) , except made at difff companies..and how engineered or exact part #'s are unknown..

I am just worried about counterfeits. I just don't see how they could do legit products at some of these prices. I am willing to be enlightened though

From my understanding the majority of the stuff is cloned unless branded as genuine. Quality is hit or miss so I spent A LOT of time reading through the available reviews before ordering.

I've just placed my third order with them, no problems so far!

One phenomenal thing about them is that they have a 6 month warranty on their products (at least their mods) and they honor it! I had a Vamo v2 that I bought from them crap out on me. I contacted customer service and after a couple days of back and forth (due to the time difference) I sent it to their facility in Miami. Once they verified it was defective they reimbursed my shipping cost and sent me a brand new one! They are cheap and have great customer service, even the reps that type in broken english are understandable and knowledgeable about the products and service terms. The only downside is the shipping times.

If you need it now, get it here in the states or at a B&M. If you can wait, get it from fasttech for half the price!

P.S. They do specialize in clones. Feel free to contact customer service about build materials or manufacturer. Usually they get back to you within a day or two.

the reviews are tricky for multiple versions of the same items. you may see the silver ego twist has no reviews but the black ones have 20. so except for the color you can kind of figure out the rest.

im on order 12-13 i think. one in my mailbox today. one midway here and places another last night for more batteries.

been going there for a long time getting electronic junk and gadgets. now ecig stuff.

when you:
A already have a massive warehouse
and
B ship from the same neighborhood as most of the manufacturers
you can end up getting bulk stock far cheaper then we can in USA. they also use cover companies to buy stock and avoid the MSRP rules.
if you do some research and buy carefully you will be surprised at what you can get here.

as for shipping, you will notice no matter what you get its labeled as an international letter , and major corps get bulk mailing rates on letter rates. lowering the cost even more. they make money through volume not per unit im sure.

It's expensive for us to ship international but to ship to us it's pretty cheap.

I'm still waiting on my first order with them and then I ordered a second time for my neighbor.

I can't say nothing more then you have to wait for anything that's shipped from China.

1 order from VaporBreak sat at NY customs office for 10 days , that's real BS with our service here in the USA. It made it to my door in 22 days from the date I placed the order.

Remember,,, all packages from China to USA have to go through customs.

How come alot of their products dont have reviews? Even popular items like the EG0-C twist, I would think there would be reivews. The price is basically half of what other sites offer the ego-c for, wish there was some reivews.

The Ego-c twist from Fasttech is a knock off. The original one is made by Joyetech, yea chinese, but it seems to be better made. I had a Smoktech winder(clone twist), and had some 510 stuff that would not work on it. I got the Joyetech Twist, and all that stuff that didn't work on the winder, work on the twist.

yup kamry makes them, the two guys at work chipped in for the bundle pack of 1100's, you can tell they arent originals but are working great. and worth a shot for 12 bucks. reviews are pretty good as well, i wouldnt put a lot faith in smok myself seems their days have passed for the most part. they seem to have a home run in the magneto but even seigeli made a better smok zmax when they cloned it, lol.
