    Somewhere between here and there
I just now saw the email from snuscentral and went and looked at what was on sale. That's a decent price on the mint but not the best I've seen. I wish they'd do a free shipping deal. If they did then I'd go ahead and stock up. I grabbed a couple rolls on my last order simply because I was ordering the thunder I needed and wanted to try to get the price down some.

Nope. I think I read somewhere that they were going to change the labels. I ordered some a month or two ago and mine are still the old labels.

    From Snus Central

"New for 2018: General Mint Large White Portion Snus...well, NOT the snus; it's the same General White Mint you love. What's new are the can graphics!
Swedish Match decided to spice up the labels so they will be easier to see when buried on a US convenience store shelf. All the US General Snus products are getting a face lift."

Drive me nuts when manufacturers do this. I was at the grocery store a while back and couldn't find my cereal. Looked and looked. Finally had to ask a stock person. He walked right up to it. They had changed the entire look of the box and it was right in front of my face the whole time. Happens all the time. (yeah, yeah, I know I'm old!)

So, can you get larger portions of General Snus than 8 m.g. here? I normally just use two of them (it also helps with symmetry of the bulge I guess) but is the Large Portion of Snus higher mg. or just a bigger can? I've only seen completely unlabeled General snus (as to size, so I assume it's standard) but if I can get a larger mg pouch, I'd be all over that? Can you also get this "large" portion snus at like the gas station or do you have to travel elsewhere?

A larger portion doesn't mean that it's stronger. It depends a lot on what kind of tobacco is used to make the snus. The thunder aren't any larger than the general but have about twice the nicotine. General onyx is 12mg and it's pretty good.

WTH! I just got a Labor Day sale notice from Buysnus. Mint if listed at $43.59 a roll. They're taking $21.80 off the second roll but only on the first two. With freight, the cost is $4.69 per can for 4 rolls. I went back and looked at Snus Central's deal. For the same 4 rolls, you get 2 extra cans per roll and the final cost is $3.34. The sweet spot was around 8 rolls at $3.03 per can but that's nearly $300 for the order. 6 rolls (72 cans) came in at $3.13 per and $225.12 for the order.

I could probably do three rolls of mint and I'd like a few cans of Jakobsson's Hallon & Jordgubb Summer Snus to try. If that cuts too much into what you want then I could go less. I don't want to ruin the pricing for you.

Well, being an astronaut doesn't appear to be in my future. I got a VR shuttle game where you experience weightlessness. I couldn't handle 30 minutes of it as my stomach started getting queasy. I actually felt sick for a while after I got out. I've always loved amusement park rides, especially roller coasters. However, King's Dominion in VA had a ride, Apple Turnover that I was glad it stopped before I embarrassed myself. I felt like I was going to chuck for 15 minutes after the ride ended.

I tried to find it on YouTube but apparently the ride no longer exists there and I only found a split second which gave no idea what you experienced. This one is almost the same as Apple Turnover was except it appears to be larger which I think would make it slightly less disorienting.

I used to be all into stuff like roller coasters (and skiing straight down a hill) then I grew up and developed neuroses. Well, not so much skiing I was visiting my MIL (who was getting ordained and also baptized me and the kid with my semi-reluctant consent I was like, meh, it's gonna make her happy and I don't care so much). I got really ill but it was winter in the Teton mountains so my main question to my ER doc (once it became clear that death was no longer imminent) was, "Okay, how soon can I ski?" He was reluctant at first until I made it clear that I was going skiing at which point he told me, "The day before you leave but it don't recommend it.)

It was So awesome compared to the future MIL and her ordination, but it is true when you are grown up it's like, longer to fall because you were taller . So, I did slow down a BIT.

    Anna

I should add, the kid was baptized internally, I'm not sure that's kosher but the point is I went skiing 5 months pregnant, that's how much I like skiing.
