I tossed my last half a pack in the trash can at the B&M when I bought my first starter kit (ego). Haven't had a stinkie since; that was just about 8 months ago.

I took one puff on one stinkie, about three months in, and almost got sick.

That's awesome, I haven't smoked an analog or cigar since I started but I can smell them when someone is smoking nearby. I smoked a hookah a few days ago and realized it tasted bad and their was very little vapor production. When I sat down to smoke the hookah I realized it was the first real tobacco I would be smoking in about a month. weird.

In my happy place
The day that my sister gave me a disposable ecig to try. It was an Njoy. I stopped on my way home and bought a few more, found this forum researched that night, ordered a PV and have not looked back.

What is really funny is on Christmas my sister stunk like cigs and I gave her a starter kit and a couple bottles of juice.

I got an ecig pretty early on, I smoke cigarettes still in a social sense or to add to a current buzz/high i have going on.. for example i ahvent smoked a cigarette in a few days, but maybe tomorrow? Idk when i go to bars or big get togethers I might smoke, if its extra busy at work I might smoke. Cigarettes are gross though, my ecig is my crutch. And sometimes Im not even into smoking my ecig.
I really weird, I never have huge cravings for either though, but i do like to smoke my ecig at home, in a car, with people.
I never used it as a quitting device.

Day 1 for me as well. Had made up my mind, smoked the last analog I had just b4 I walked into the vapor shop. Walked out with a joytech ego-c, ce4, & a bottle of buttered rum juice & haven't smoked 1 since. That was on Sept 13, so coming up on 4 months now. Have stepped up to a mech mod & RBA (turtle ship v2/vicious ant kraken), & now prefer some more premium juices, so not saving as much $ as I planned...but I'm having a blast & feel so much better! Vape on!

When I received my first crappy cig-a-like gear I new I'd be able to give up smokes. Had a half pack a smokes when it arrived, the half pack lasted me 2 weeks, since I am not one to waste anything. Haven't felt the need to smoke since. Of course in a matter of a couple months went to a ego with a PT, then a Provari and rba's, DIY juice, then more rba's and mech's too now. Love my vape.

I knew immediately that I 'could' quit from the stinkies the first time I tried vaping. Reality is that it was at least 2 months before I did and that was because the only battery I had manfunctioned on Thanksgiving and I was forced to buy a pack.

Later that day I realized that cigarettes now make me sick to my stomach. ...and no, that was NOT due to overeating, since I have tried one or two since and had the same reaction. Not sure how I did THAT for so many years.

I was done smoking the next day after I got my first gear. I had been hand rolling a can of drum every 2 weeks for the previous 2 yrs. Bought a justfog maxi on a Friday, threw out a half full can of tobacco the next morning. Its been 3 weeks now, I'm still finding papers everywhere, my car stinks from having been smoked in, I had to throw out a couple of my favorite hoodies, and I can hardly stand the smell of analogs. I am done, and grateful for it.
