They can regulate till they are happy little campers. The E-cigarette movement may wane a little, but it previous history is any teacher, E-cigarettes will become perfectly legal and main stream in the next 15 years or so. This is good news for some, but for others such as myself, 15 years is outside my window of operation. I expect my warranty to be up long before then. So I've stocked up on a few essentials to last me several years.
If nothing happens, I won't have to buy much, if it does, I'm ready...for a while at least. As for up here in Canada, Health Canada has its own policy. Let the FDA make a decision and monitor it for a few years, then look at what is happening in the rest of the world for a few more years, then conduct their own testing because they don't believe anyone anyway.
