Well buy something vape related and really high nic, you will feel guilty for the "expense" I'm guessing, and GUILT played a LARGE role in my quit. I was like, "I can't do this to my family and my kid."
You know, I never thought smoking was harming my kid, I didn't in the house, but for some reason the car was IMPOSSIBLE. He didn't tell me until AFTER I quit that teachers and stuff would ask him if he was a smoker. I felt so crappy. I really did.
Oh well he got 18 months smoke free out of me pregnant and nursing, which I did not think was possible.
But, I encourage you to think of all the smoking related illnesses and not ONLY what it would do to you, but to your family.
I really, genuinely worry that my husband will get cancer and die, he's been smoking since he's 8 and now he's 55.
I mean I don't guilt trip him, I try not to. It only works if you guilt trip YORSELF. I would like, Imagine me and an oxygen tank heaving behind my healthy family to like GO to say, a restaurant. That type of stuff.
OMG THANK GOD I did not have laryngeal cancer! I had never seen someone with one of those "mechanical voice boxes" and I was always like, "Pfff" in the commercials.
In real life in Walmart it was COMPLETLY horrifying. I mighta become a deaf mute.
GUILT trip yo self. I don't say this enough to fallers of the wagon I try to be encouraging. But, that didn't work for me. THINK about what you are doing, when you KNOW you are capable of SO MUCH more Trust me when I say I know how hard it was.
3 PPD.
DO IT.
