Today I desided to read some threads on ecf. The last time I did this was 1 year ago trying to see what is happening outside GG forum. The most of things I saw today where copies of known mods and atomizers. The things that were real innovations exept GG things were the genesis with its mesh, the vapemate, the provari, the alfa with its ceramic and the map tank. I dont want to say if they are beautiful or if they work well or not well, thats not the point. But today the only I saw were copies. Telescoping systems, same atomizers, same mechanical devices, 4 in 1 connectors, moving center poles etc. I feel very disappointed by this. Where is the real innovation, the real improvement, the real competition here?

ps....... GG was the first mod after Trog's screwdriver. Of course I admit that I stole his idea and I made something to fit batteries inside. It doesnt matter if I made a different mod and too many things after this but the truth is truth. But when I see people making copies and they still dont admit it, this makes me really ungry. !

I know what you mean, Imeo -- the last big new thing was going to be the EQ but it was a fail unfortunately for the vendor. Otherwise it seems to have been static for a while now save the new and differing takes on your tanks. Well, there has also been a large puch into the easily rebuidable atty field -- but you're at the forefront of that too!!!!

I hear what you are saying Imeo, but I know that I have your inventions to look forward to! I am sad that the idea flow might be slowing down, but maybe that means I could buy things before they went out of style. I am thinking part of the reason for the slow might be that many have found their "sweet spot/dream machine". I know that the GGTS is probably the only mod I am ever going to need, since you have juice feeders, rebuildable juice feeders, and a VV add-on coming. I think that you need to keep doing what you are doing! You keep making PV's and coming up with ideas in your spare time/leisure. I know that since I have received my GGTS I have been a happy vaper. All I need now is a rebuildable tank and I will not need anything else but batteries and juice. I love 7.4 volt vaping, but I am going through an atomizer every day or two days. With a rebuildable atty, I would never need to worry about running out again. :)

P.S. Thank you, Imeo. You have saved my health and lead me to live a fuller life.

There is something new coming from Raidy soon, but it's been really kept under wraps because he gave us Genisis freely for all to use and make and asked only that if anyone were to sell units that they be kept to reasonably small batches and that they be sold at cost except for reasonable shipping and processing fees for the person selling the kit. That went well for a while but before too long we started seeing genisis mods selling for hundreds of dollars.

His new invention will be a commercial project and will only be revealed once supply lines have been established and units are available.

I agree for the darwin Mister. When I was talking about provari I was thinking of darwin too. Darwin functions are better to my opinion, provari has a better look. And dca is a nice innovation too, I agree.
i like the dca306 and the dripshield. and the Darwin is also a decent device.

I dont expect nice ideas every day Lord. But at least I expect people that make 1-2 improvements on an existing mod to admit this. We are not running out of ideas, we running out of serious persons if you agree.

That is true, there are a handful of good modders out there still working on things, just not nearly as many as there were.. Scubabatdan is doing another great version of the genisis. I am still working on the iAtty revision to eliminate the NR wires. There are a few of us out there looking to make things better. Perhaps people like you, raidy and Dan have simply satisfied the vapers enough that the desire for something better has gotten much less than it was in the beginning ;).

I'm going to quit my job and make inventing new things for the e-cig community my first priority

I can't do that but it would be a good life :) Imeo keep on doing what you're doing, you give so much great stuff to the community and everyone appreciates it. I sometimes wish my Provari had the Darwin electronics in it, it would be a great device. I can't wait for the GGVV to come out, it will be the perfect invention to give the GGTS a nice touch.

Maybe you are right on this Lord. People have already found what they like, they are satisfied and the hunting for better e-cigs has slow down too much. I just dont like seeing people trying to proove that what they made was their idea when its more than obvious that its not.

There have been some sneak peeks at it in his main thread, but nothing showing how it works. He's called it vapor dream, but I am not sure of that is going to be the commercial name for it. He has a couple of videos of it in use on his youtube channel, but again nothing showing the guts of it assembled. It looks good so far :)

I agree about VV silentt but I am more proud for the Iatty2 that I am making right now. I hope that it will work as I want. I also think that I already found its name. Mult-i-atty, lol

Yes, I can fully agree with that. I don't think anyone should take credit for anything if it was a copy. There have been a few mud slinging contests out there but in the end, the ones who simply copied someone else's work get exposed and shown to be copy cats and not innovators. Some do not, but most get called out pretty quickly.

I hope this "multi" means it can take any type of wick like mesh, nextel or fiber:vapor:without many moding by us the users :)

Man...Keep it up, Imeo! I just could not resist Para's awesome price for an Iatty and bought one. While I might have to make due with ramen noodles and a few other things (no xbox live subscription, it was due and I decided to cancel the auto-renewal) they are all things I can do without. I am vaping at super high voltage and need something that can take the "heat"! So I am glad to say....I FINALLY got an IATTY!!!! THANK YOU PARA!
