Tigger was known for saying, "Well, I gotta go now. I've got a lotta bouncin' to do! Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! T-T-F-N: ta-ta for now!"

I put Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! in my title for a bit because it always makes me smile.

The story:
My DG loved Tigger when she was a toddler. Anytime the video was playing and Tigger would start bouncing around, she'd dance around and say Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

It was so funnnnnnnnny!!!!!!!!!!!!

Based on the location of the Chrysler Bldg, I think this was taken from the Empire State Building. I live on the far right, just before the river.

I'll go with your explanation :) Just wondering how they did the sequential lighting - photo editing, for sure but it could get complicated, imo. :laugh: Whatever, I liked the result and thought you might too ;)
