Hello everbody. I hope you are well and staying warm. Work has been pretty pesky lately but I am going to try to not work so much. Well, one can always hope right??
They are complaining about how we are already over our OT budget. Yet they have no clue what the warehouse has taken on with this contract. There is no way we can get everything done w/o OT.

I don't know what to say, Norie. But they had better get their act together or they may start losing people. 
Exactly Jerry. I have one day shift shipper retiring after next week and another will probably follow due to having to use software for the account we got that is definitely not ready for prime time. In other words it sucks! And there have been a rash of people from corporate that have retired and my boss left on disability. I long for the old days when things were a lot slower. It's been crazy nuts here for several months and this is supposed to last for a total of 10 years.
I don't mean to tell you what to do, Norie, but have you considered looking elsewhere for a job?

I know it's not easy to find a new job, Jan, but they are working Norie to death and I am worried about her.
I'm fine Jerry. And as Jan said, it's nigh on impossible. Just as soon as I can take some of the 7 weeks of vaca I have built up I will do so.
