I love fresh spinach. Unfortunately, it doesn't love me. Too acidic. I can only eat it cooked. But even then, you have to start with the real thing and cook the excess acid out. Canned spinach sounds as tasty as canned lettuce.

And yet another spinach lover enters the fray. I am outnumbered.

Hope you all had a great start of the new year!!

I picked a lovely way to enjoy the first day of the new year...........NOT!!!!

I have been sick throwing up since yesterday afternoon, my son and daughter has too!! I am home today and can't eat anything, it won't stay down My poor daughter had to go to her orientation today, she had to do a pee test......she is dehydrated from being sick and had to drink a lot of water to help. She was having a hard time keeping it down

I am going back to my comfy couch.........see you all later

Another hit and run tonight. I am feeling much better today....actually ate real food today

Between people here all the time and being sick I am running low on steam. I have to go pick up my son now, his car won't start..........argh!!!!!!!
