It's around nine o'clock and I'm yawning!

it is 10 pm for me, i spent 3 hours cooking and at the end I didnt eat but i have a good dish for tomorrow lunch

And, again, I'm sorry about your friend leaving and it causing you more work.

They are fine with us getting overtime right now.

Nope.........not a thing. The usual on Sat and working for a little while on Sunday. One thing about working on Sunday is I get a lot done with out interruptions.

People are coming to work on the garage roof next week so this weekend son has to get a bunch of stuff that he has stored up there down.

Well I don't think he is taking it.

Once the roof is done, most of it will go back up there.
Not all though so I will be happy about that.

And when it gets done, there will be more storage room. I have plans for it already.

Any chance they'll get a temp? Even if one couldn't do the whole job, if there is some busy work that keeps you from doing the harder stuff you might be able to pass that off to a temp.

Jane, some companies will hire a temp, but many will just put the extra workload on it's employees. It's all about the bottom line with them and if paying some overtime to a current employee is cheaper than hiring a temp, then that's the way they will go.
