Mine is the muscle right next to my right shoulder blade. Sometimes when I move I feel like I have needles in it 8-o And it hurts to write!!

I don't know what I did, it was hurting when I got up yesterday. Could have been something I did Sunday

I've had that happen and it was just the way it was positioned during the night.

Haven't had it happen since I got memory foam.
