Btw, I once won 120ml of their juice, and having never tried any before, asked if I could get a couple of smaller bottles instead... the answer was NO, so I was left to get 120ml of juice not knowing if I would like it or not. You would think they would be happy to have somebody try a few flavors instead of getting stuck with just one!!

Good god that is A LOT of juice - even for something you know you like. I have flavors that I once loved but don't vape anymore because my tastes have changed and that was long before I bought 120ml of it. No doubt it is generous but it is definitely lacking a lot of thought on how to really get (and keep) a life-long customer. If it were my customer, I would happily let you pick a few different ones. More flavors = better chance you'll find one you love and come back (with cash) again.
I read the retracted response as well and am glad it was written. Makes this whole thing make more sense.
Should I repost it? Bring some awareness to their absentmindedness and lack of attention?
