Has anyone bought their eliquids?

Maybe they're planning to send a free sample to everyone who posted here?

I sometimes wonder if a vendor thinks they are the only one's "giving" in a contest. They aren't. It takes our time and effort to post and it bumps their thread which is beneficial to them. I don't know about anyone else but if I am just skimming the vendor portion on ECF and see that there has been no activity in their threads for days or sometimes week, I kind of stay away from them. So we are benefitting said vendors.

Just my two cents. Now give me my prize. lol

I have retracted my post, as it looks like the OP has not been on the forum since he posted this on the 5th.

That's too bad, because I read it in the email response... and not taking care of their sub-forum on here is just another sign of their lack of customer service!!

Btw, I once won 120ml of their juice, and having never tried any before, asked if I could get a couple of smaller bottles instead... the answer was NO, so I was left to get 120ml of juice not knowing if I would like it or not. You would think they would be happy to have somebody try a few flavors instead of getting stuck with just one!!

It was just Ok, and I ended up giving most of it away...:unsure:

Good god that is A LOT of juice - even for something you know you like. I have flavors that I once loved but don't vape anymore because my tastes have changed and that was long before I bought 120ml of it. No doubt it is generous but it is definitely lacking a lot of thought on how to really get (and keep) a life-long customer. If it were my customer, I would happily let you pick a few different ones. More flavors = better chance you'll find one you love and come back (with cash) again.

I read the retracted response as well and am glad it was written. Makes this whole thing make more sense.

I was about to go off on FSUSA but I will leave it alone and just say dont start a thread and then leave us all wondering whats up.I wont post anything else about them and will leave thread now .I live in Tucson and have many friends and family that have or still go threw you guys and your store got me into vaping but its just not cool to have this happen a second time with your threads in recent times.I hope moderators dont take this as being rude and if need be please remove thank you :)

jj obviously hasn't read the rest of this thread... :blink: LOL!!

I read the first page or two. After that sometimes it takes on a life of it's own. Sometimes it strays and has pretty much nothing to do with the original post which I like to keep to.

Perceptions of the first post will differ from person to person.
So each to their own. :rolleyes: If it's not clear than the OP has left a lot of leeway which can cause confusion. :facepalm:

IF it is a contest of some sorts then I leave it up to the powers to be to keep track of who puts it on. If it is a contest then it's for a free prize, it's not the worth the energy to wonder about the if-whats. I'm here for the fun.

If it is a contest and getting the prize is a hassle, I will decide if the vendor is worth the trouble............usually no.

FSUSA has been around for a long time but IF it is a contest and there is a problem then report it to the administration. If they are looking for ideas, I'm happy to provide a few. :)

Im all for providing ideas or participating in contests but to start thread and then leave everyone wondering what is going on for 18 days is kinda lame .Also this isnt the first time this has happened with them on the forum.I dont expect multiple check ins everyday but nothing for this long is just bad customer appreciation IMO.
