I say to not only re-post it, but I think it deserves a thread of it's own!! :D

That way, if there are any other disgruntled customers out there, it will give them a place to voice their concerns... and just maybe the vendor will sit up and take notice... :unsure:

I agree! Start thread with it and then we can leave this thread forever. OP cant complain about us on this one should he ever return :)

agreed, he hasnt been on the forum since he wrote the OP. this is the kind of tucson shenanigans and poor customer service I have had to deal with when i went to his B&M.

Same here man.We have both been to the B&M locations and have dealt with the same bad service and overpriced FA juice .Just my :2c: I make my wifes juice that she use to get from them for like 75% cheaper :) Same flavoring and same quality without the bad service !
I love that they provide a alternative here in town to analogs but it seems over time they have come to care more about the bucks and less about the customer.There is already more and more B&M spots poping up around Tucson and things wont stay the same for Freedomsmoke much longer if they dont fix this issue and fast.

I already make DIY juices for close to dozen friends who went there and Im just 1 guy.Do the math.Say 20 people in Tucson do the same and each of those people bought 30mls a week.Thats is close to $4000 a week gone based on what they charge for 30mls.Adds up to a lot of loss profit and bad word of mouth pretty quick IMO.

I just read this entire thread and am not going to bother responding to individual posts. David asked for ideas for a Spring contest. Yes, it's unfortunate that he's not posted again, but why are many of you going on and on? Posting a thread asking for ideas doesn't deserve a negative review. What would you say? "FSUSA asked for ideas for a contest, but then didn't respond to us?" Reviews should be for customer service. Has FSUSA treated you wrongly?

If you had read this entire thread, then you would know that some of the people WERE complaining about CS, too!!

And that it was also unclear as to whether a Prize was being given out for the suggestions... :unsure:

You're right; there was no mention that a prize would be given. So, that's why I'm perplexed. Why are people complaining when all David asked for were suggestions?

Also, I don't understand why you were upset about winning a 120 ml. bottle and wanting to try different flavors. You entered the contest knowing that the prize was a 120 ml. bottle of one flavor. Instead of complaining, why aren't you glad that you won a 120 ml. bottle for free?

I could care less about a prize or contest.I buy from many vendors who have never had contest or given free samples because of the CS.I think its rude to start a thread as a vendor and never show back up. My only issue with David the owner is how he handles his presence on the forum.If you dont have time to have regular presence on here they dont be a registered supplier.Now when it comes to his employees thats a different issue.

I understand he is busy and Im not really mad with David .I have talked to him before and he was very nice to me.To be honest I just gave up with Freedomsmoke.I never asked for manager because your right at times I didnt feel comfortable and by the time I knew enough about vaping I just decided it wasnt worth my time.When you get treated as if you dont know what your talking about and then you correct someone and they give you an attitude you just figure this place isnt worth my time or money.

At this point in my vaping I get everything I need else where and DIY most of juices so FSUSA is a non issue for me at this point.I saw thread and thought I would pop in and when thread seemed to go dead it reminded me of issues in past and I felt need to vent LOL.
I have even been told to go try and get a job mixing for FSUSA from folks I DIY for which would be great but after these issues I havnt wanted to go back which is a shame because I really enjoy mixing and teaching others about vaping or just chattting about it with those who are really in to it and I think if they had more folks who really enjoy vaping working for them it would show in their CS and help them improve relations with people in town and on the forum :) Just my :2c:
