There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.i still dont see that he has made a post in the forum since starting this thread. ima giveup..............
Should I repost it? Bring some awareness to their absentmindedness and lack of attention?
Just say the word![]()
I say to not only re-post it, but I think it deserves a thread of it's own!!
That way, if there are any other disgruntled customers out there, it will give them a place to voice their concerns... and just maybe the vendor will sit up and take notice...![]()
it's been a month, am i to presume this game is over? or maybe it has not started yet? either way. not very good customer appreciation.
agreed, he hasnt been on the forum since he wrote the OP. this is the kind of tucson shenanigans and poor customer service I have had to deal with when i went to his B&M.
I just read this entire thread and am not going to bother responding to individual posts.
Reviews should be for customer service. Has FSUSA treated you wrongly?
I could care less about a prize or contest.I buy from many vendors who have never had contest or given free samples because of the CS.I think its rude to start a thread as a vendor and never show back up. My only issue with David the owner is how he handles his presence on the forum. If you dont have time to have regular presence on here they dont be a registered supplier. Now when it comes to his employees thats a different issue.I just read this entire thread and am not going to bother responding to individual posts. David asked for ideas for a Spring contest. Yes, it's unfortunate that he's not posted again, but why are many of you going on and on? Posting a thread asking for ideas doesn't deserve a negative review. What would you say? "FSUSA asked for ideas for a contest, but then didn't respond to us?" Reviews should be for customer service. Has FSUSA treated you wrongly?

I live in Tucson and have been to FSUSA a bunch of times for myself and friends and family.I have dealt with the CS first hand and it has been ok at the best of times.I have been talked down to before as if they are they only ones who understand differences between hardware and ohms and juice.Oh and dont correct them if they make a mistake they dont seem to appreciate that very much LOL
If David does read this I want him to know thank you for being my first B&M and helping me get off the analogs.I will always appreciate that fact but when it comes to the CS in his locations it leaves a lot to be desired .Thats all![]()
Vash - I understand your thoughts, but please realize that David is also running brick and mortar stores. That's why there are supplier associates. Honestly, I wish that I'd checked this thread sooner. I don't always check contest threads, but decided to as I wondered why there were already so many pages.
If you have had problems with the staff in Tucson, you should let someone know! It's not good that you have been talked down to, and David needs to know about this. When you've been at the store, have you asked for a manager? You really should. If you're not comfortable doing that, then you should call FSUSA and ask to speak to David or Pam (his wife).
