Gee

Wonder why ECF has got quieter in recent years.

S/he had a question. There are worse ones. It's as good a reason as any to sign up.
Doubt they'll be back now.

Sorry to single out your post

Don't worry, I attended the same Institute!

IDK how you can tell from mah face. Quite honestly. I mean I could weigh 300 lbs down there. I mean I don't. God. I mean thanks.

And, if ANYONE comes back to liven up ECF it needs to be EPHRAIM COOPER, not some dude who shows up and proclaims 9/10 vapers are FAT.

The kind of person who says THAT as his first post.

I mean NUMBER ONE?

Do you really want that person around? Why? Do you feel sorry for the terminally ......ed or something? Because I can't see great dialogue coming from that...

To be fair IT DID thanks to our dear pal CMD-Y so maybe we do want him \
back.

Hopefully he will start another topic real soon.

Why does anyone take such a question as proffered by the OP, The Vapid Pro seriously? We get several of these a month, new poster - joined just the other day - makes some ludicrous proposition and we are expected to respect it? I give it the respect it deserves.

I have become half senile, I wasn't until I vaped, please help me.

All you said might be true and I don't care to debate your point(s). All well taken/received. Respect

I would add ... that I, and I do believe many here within my age group (give or take), was/were brought up in such a manner that there are things you just don't say in life. I mean, come on. I'm not talking the trendy PC rave of the day. Many in my relative age group were already PC (if you will) in the manner they were brought up. So, there's that.

Cheers...

I read PG is a man-made fatty substance used in food products, cosmetics, food-grade anti-freeze, and more. And VG is derived from palm oils; i.e., more fats. When you add sweet flavors it stands to reason that those of us who vape are basically sucking donuts all day long.

See what I mean?

Wow, I read thru this post and found some, if not most replies were humorous. I thought I was just adding to the humor. PC or not, I did not mean to be offensive. I really was just kidding.

To gain weight (adipose tissue, not water weight) you have to be eating in a consistent calorie surplus over your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). To lose weight, you must be in a consistent calorie deficit under your TDEE.

In short, if you're taking in more calories than you are burning....you gain weight. Vaping has absolutely nothing to do with it.

True, in 115 days of no smoking I put on twenty pounds but I ran at a steady 150. On the plus side my arms and calves got a lot bigger which is great for Mountain biking. In time the weight will go back to normal again. The thing is I ate a lot more sweet stuff. Cookies, Milkshakes, bowls of cereal with lots of sugar on but those cravings are subsiding.

I have put on two stone in weight since i gave up smoking and switched to vaping....
The reason i gave up smoking was my diagnosis of heart disease. I cut out Saturated fat and found that the alternatives to fat in my diet are cabohydrates and sugars.
That's nothing to do with vaping , it's to do with me using processed foods more than i should due to laziness.
Although - when i carry two mods, a spare tank and a bottle of liquid i definitely weigh more than when i carried a pack of ciggies and a lighter.

Man, I was vaping all day long, almost chain vaping. This morning my weight was 99kg. Now it's 101kg [emoji44][emoji848]

Oh my Goodness! I think the OP is right and...

Oh, no, sorry, my mistake, just remember I didn't go to toilet today, yet. Going right now, in honour of the original question of this thread!

That will do it every time. Lots of people successfully lose weight by going the opposite direction with what they eat.
