Would be but here I would just get stopped by LEO for illegal substances. Even worse when I live in a small redneck town who everyone who sees me vaping thinks i am doing the illegal stuff.

Lol the number of times I've gotten asked, "Is that..?" is astounding.

Surprised I have yet to get pulled over. I'd like to think most cops by now are aware of e-cigs and what they look like, what they smell like, etc.

At a certain point you have to excersize common sense. If you go into a restaurant with your .1 ohm Rda with 150 watts and are blowing huge clouds, of course others are going to complain. Yes we have a right to vape but we dont have a right to infringe on others rights and having your cloud drift over their table you do not have the right to do.
Same with LSU and other schools banning vaping. No one has the right to in the middle of a lecture blow a cloud from hell. It doesnt matter if no one complained or not, your disrupting the class. You dont have that right and its very self centered for someone to do that or even try to defend it.

Common sense people, it works!

Common sense doesn't only apply to "Cloud chasers." I've said it before, and I'll say it again. In a city where vaping is pretty popular, I have yet to see someone "blowing clouds" anywhere even remotely inappropriate. I HAVE however seen several ego users vaping it up in the stadium, Walmart, and the movie theater. I'm not singling out your comment, it just happened to be the last one like it. Being courteous and having common sense should be practiced by all, it's just convenient to point the finger at those rascals we all here so much about.

Bottom line is don't draw attention to yourself in public. You are only giving our elected officials more ammunition to support a ban. The fear of the unknown scares people who in turn call their representative complaing and then they feel like they have to introduce a ban. I am tired of big brother telling us what we can and can't do. Keep your vaping on the downlow in public as to not draw unwanted attention. Then, after the regulations come down vape your heart out. I hate to say this, but if these bans keep getting passed we have no one to blame but ourselves. We need to act like the adults we are
