Is every single part of the provari made in the USA? All the components display ect...? Is a one year warranty worth a higher price? All good questions but are there good answers or rather satisfactory ones to them? I say to each his own and most devices have their place in the scheme of things. Do I personally think that a battery tube is worth over $100 dollars not really but hey if you're a smart consumer you can find quality in all kinds of price ranges. Don't get me wrong I appreciate great craftsmanship. I like tinkering and building myself and nothing is more satisfying than job well done with a built to last feel. People seem to get upset at some mod prices I on the other hand have issues with an atty that costs as much or more than a provari and then people flip out when the clone comes out. Maybe I'm missing something I thought the point of all this was to save lives by getting off tobacco based units. I say it doesn't matter what it is or how much it cost if it got you to quit smoking then that's worth the price of admission period.

All this is covered in the first couple hundred posts. I'll give cliffs.

1. All US made, designed and parts with one exception. The board is made here but some of the boards parts aren't as they aren't made in the US by anyone.

2.for most people it's not the warranty so much as the fact that service and repairs are available

3.Vape what you like and whatever keeps you happy

4. Bacon

5. People like argue on the internet. It's good clean fun and usually no one ends up pregnant.

BTW, I had no idea that line originally came from the Godfather. I guess you do learn something new everyday.

What does this have to do with VV and VW? Physics doesn't care what you or I think.

I'll say it again. Watt is a unit of power, volt is not. Simple as that.

I'm not argue specific devices. It's possible for a device to lack VW and still be superior in every other aspect.

With APV's, the only thing that is being adjusted is voltage, with VV you do the adjusting, with VW the APV does it for you, but in the end it is the voltage being adjusted. I understand why many prefer VW, it is easier, but with either device, when you are adjusting for taste, vapor, and throat hit, it is always the voltage that is being adjusted on both devices.

Isn't that what I've been saying all along? I'm talking about just VW and VV. I'm not talking about any particular implementation. And VW is technically superior, more user friendly, and faster.

I have not said anything about a Provari vs Vamo vs eVic.

All I'm saying is a Provari with VW would be a better Provari.

An eVic without VW would be a worse eVic.

You know I'm right. I know you know that because you know at least some electronics. Most of the fanboys here obviously don't know much about this. And I bet you know it too. But you're just siding with the irrational and ignorant fanboys because you think I'm criticizing a Provari. You think I've committed heresy. What I want to know is why do you help persist the ignorance? Doesn't intellectual honesty count for something around here?

The problem is you can't find a VW device that regulates like the Provari, the DNA 20 won't step down, good luck trying to find a Darwin and all the Chinese mods use 33.3 HZ PWM while the Provari puts out close to a DC signal because of its superior PWM at 800 HZ. If Provape decides to put a VW device, I would certainly be interested, but I'm not sweating it. I've used most of the Chinese devices and they are not close to the Provari in output voltage. I have Vamos, Lavatubes, and Vocano Lavatubes version 2 collecting dust while I rock with my Provaris and kicked Silver Bullet.

I knew somebody was going to have to get this thread back on track sooner or later.

I guess I had to do it....
