If you Know the Answer to a Question, why Waste the Bandwidth to ask it?

And can you Not see a Difference between Outdoor and Indoors?

Last Question. Do you want to Discuss Topics with people who have a Wide Range of Views? Or do you Just Want to Argue with People who do Not Share your vape Everywhere View?

Why would I respond to your questions when you choose not to respond to mine? And while you care to prattle on about "respect?"

Asparagus urine.

I'm not talking about the obvious like that.
Mowing grass, people claim that smells good, it's rank and I can smell it far away. Driving behind other cars is way worse than cigarettes.

Are you telling me you're the norm? There must be a different culture here in Missouri. You're point doesn't matter. They'd make you do as they say until you show that you respect the fact that they have final say on their property. Once you show that you can follow their rules, then they might take your argument into consideration. But first, you'd have to show that you will respect and obey the rules on their property regardless of how legitimate your argument may be.

You know what, I'm waiting for the youtube videos. Come try to talk a local good 'ol boy into doing what you want on their property because their ignorant. I'd subscribe to your channel.

Must be a sad world you live in being trapped between being one extreme and living by the other extreme and nothing in between.

Yes I do think I am more of the norm than you or the way you perceive those around you to be. I've been told I am one of those good ol' boys and I used to be an extreme liberal.

Anyone who requires what you say is never going to come around because they've already made you do as they say and got away with it.

The ANTZ said the same thing about smoking bans. My oh my was that a bunch of BS!
Google: business owners fight smoking bans.
Here's one good summary. How Smoking Bans Have Effected Business Owners - Yahoo Voices - voices.yahoo.com

I am more talking about movie theaters and stores. If a bar or restaurant wants to have a vaping section, that would be great. I remember seeing cigarette butts on the floors in grocery stores, the mall and Kmart...

I do seem to remember seeing articles about how business waned in restaurants and bars after the bans,, but has since picked up to pre-ban levels...

There are even some restaurants and bars in Prague which are smoke free- willingly. They have weighed the pros and cons and made the financial decision to go smoke free, not because of the government- which doesn't care about smoking or wouldn't have the power to enforce smoking prohibitions, should there be any...

You're right. Most of us would let a stranger tell us what to approve of on our own property. It has nothing to do with decorum, and respect for the property owner. It's all about your right to tell somebody they're stupid for deciding how to run their own affairs. I'm sure the property owner wouldn't have the depth to want to test wether or not you're a person who's worth listening to by seeing if you'll listen to them. They wouldn't want a little humility expressed by their guest. They'd want to debate the merits of something they likely don't give a damn about anyway. That's why I'm waiting for the youtube videos, because I know that you all are such adamant activists that you obviously do more than just argue. So, shoot me a link, and I'll be more than happy to support and comment on all the real world differences you make everyday.

So people boycott businesses for YEARS because of the government and eventually give in. That's OK the businesses lost more income than they did allowing smoking.

If the business weighs the pros and cons on their own that is fine. Their business.

And then there's the little issue of the lone business person with no employees that can't smoke/vape on their own property.

Another extremist answer from you, shocking.
Show me where I said a stranger should tell you what to approve of on your own property or tell them they're stupid.
Maybe you'd find life was a lot easier if you wouldn't be so extreme. I think I'd rather wait for you to make some videos of your life (I do have videos of my life BTW) showing you either cowering in a corner or going around telling people they're stupid.

They should go to Target, vape openly until a manager tells them to stop, refuse, and video tape the arrest for disorderly conduct or trespass when the police come...

Please, oh PLEASE show me the quote where ANYONE has suggested doing something that extreme.

No. The problem is t from a distance, one can easily think another is smoking in a non smoking area. It just would cause too many problems to allow vaping in non smoking areas.

Potentially the most flawed logic in this thread. Still have 9 pages to go to be caught up

Why, because people are getting offended by nothing? Because they don't like the looks of what someone is doing, from a distance away? IF ONLY we could ban whatever we don't like the looks of.

Then I vote we ban spandex for those that are overweight, young men attempting to grow beards that are nothing but random patches of hair, the Nissan Cube, ........

Because it looks like they are smoking in non smoking areas. That's it. I can't comprehend why that is so hard for some to understand. People are offended by others smoking in non smoking areas. Deny it all you want, but it looks like smoking. There are busy body smoking police in the US who will cause a scene if they think someone is smoking in non smoking areas.

Then allow them to confront you and explain the truth to them. Why are you so willing to roll over????????????? Arrrggghh Way too many sheep not nearly enough sheep dogs.

I didn't vote for nor vote for nannystatism. That is our future in the US. We have crossed the line and there is no going back. I no longer care. There is little chance I will be here for the next election. I smoked for 20 years. I don't have to vape everywhere and anywhere...

I hope you understand when you use loaded phrases like "must be sad" and "extremist" for those with opposing views you're providing me with reason to be less than confident in your style of persuasion.

A boycott would only cause a business owner to weigh the cost of taking a side. A cost/benefit analysis would ensue. Vapists or general public. Which one would keep the bills paid?

"Show me where I said a stranger should tell you what to approve of on your own property or tell them they're stupid." You realize, you're the stranger in the scenario I laid out right?

Right there is the reason we will lose. It has nothing to do with rude vapers. It has everything to do with the ANTZ brainwashing so well they even convince vapers to believe them and so deftly parrot the claims as to get by any mincing of words (they do contain what is claimed) and then making the ludicrous jump to claiming it affects those around it without actually claiming any harm.

Framing the argument in this way also diminished my confidence in your ability to have a respectful conversation with a business or private property owner on the topic. Hope I'm not being too extreme, but I want to make it perfectly clear that your views of respecting someone else's decisions are entirely different than mine.

It's well established that I'm an extremist, an ANTZ, and nana-nana-boo-boo stick your head in doo-doo. I'm glad you brought us back to that level of a discussion. Thanks.
