I thought i was chain vaping when i vaped up to 5ml of 24mg...
I'm at 18mg now and 3-4ml day.
Aiming to go down even more soon, when my dripper arrives. :)

9ml is quite extreme, so i could understand why you got some issues.
You should edit your first post and expain your reasoning for this post. Because right now it just looks like another ANTZ topic, to be fair.

I've been chain vaping 12mg on a .32 ohm micro coil for three days now (I've refilled the kayfun lite+ twice since Friday night 11:00pm) and don't feel anything worse than I ever felt smoking 10 analogs back to back every time I got in my car.

But I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by posting this with a title that looks like a sponsored YouTube video, but you should probably let people know that it's in your opinion because it sounds like exaggeration and a turn of to every person who just picked up their first ego battery and is looking for research on this wonderful new world of being analog-free or even just analog-less. And now you've posted this catchy title with a list of things that is no worse than taking any prescription drug on the market, which I feel will scare people away. It may be intentional. It may not be. You decide!

IMHO:)

I chained vaped all yesterday, and it was a bad idea for me.

Here's what I experienced.

- dizziness
- feeling of burning/warmth/heat to my skin
- stomach discomfort, upset, or pain
- mouth and throat irritation
- nausea without vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Fast or irregular heartbeat
- coughing
- Red dry irritating eyes
- shortness of breath + tightness in the chest + wheezing

Yeah man, you should take it easy! You indicated that you're just starting to vape? As another member here said, just like alcohol or any other drug, you need to use moderation. Too much drink or medication can make you sick, just about anything can make you sick if you ingest too much!
Start on low nic, vape light. Taper up if you need to.
Good luck.

Ps. Maybe you should have titled this post "why I shouldn't chain vape"!

9 ml of 18 mg/ml nic in one day?
Holy mackerel!

I fully agree with what the other posters have said about overdoing it.
Especially this one:

I'm sorry but common sense says 9ml of liquid at 18mg ah ,ye,a your going to get sick . Would you smoke 3 packs of smokes in a row without a break ? Let use common sense here peeps.

and that one:

I use 18 mg myself. Started with 18, over 2 years ago, and remained with 18. I just consume less of it now than I did in the beginning.

If you want the nicotine hit fast - especially as a beginner:
- inhale deeply
- hold it for a little while
- exhale slowly and with pleasure
- repeat 2 - 3 times
--> bingo, nicotine hit right now :)

And nicotine is like caffeine: if you overdo it, you will feel weird. ;)
A little moderation is the key to most things in life :)

I must admit that these types of threads infuriates me... If YOU cant handle chain vaping YOU shouldnt... But dont come telling me why I shouldnt chain vape... When we were smokers we knew a very important thing that people seems to have forgotten... Mind your own damn business... I used to chainsmoke 40 a day and i damn well knew what i was doing to myself... Thats why i took up vaping and now i chainvape because i like it... I know what im doing to myself and if i ever feel sick i take a break THE END.

@Dusif:
*giggles* I know the feeling, and I do agree that these "You should not / = thou shalt not" statements are getting old :)
Cut the OP some slack though. :) OP is new (starting date April 2014), has made an important discovery (for himself) and thought he should share it with the world. Not knowing / realizing that he is preaching not only to the choir but to a seminary full of experienced preachers :D

Overdo something - experience unpleasant effects - learn.
That is the way the world goes :)

And yes, I do agree that it would be preferable to talk about one's own experiences.
"I have realized that I should not" is always acceptable. "You should not" is often not well received. :)
And yes, the opening posting did look like right out of an ANTZ textbook. - But I think that OP had no way of knowing that. :)

I'm not advocating chain vaping, but I think a lot of those symptoms are also due to the dehydration that vaping causes. You need to drink plenty of fluids if you are vaping a lot.

Agreed^^^^ Drink plenty of water and you will eliminate half of the symptoms at least.....

As we all know if you're using nicotine e-liquids it's possible to OD on e-liquid (None life threatening in most cases but still bad side effects)
I'm not a doctor, but I encourage you to not chain vape.

Less common
  • Fast or irregular heartbeat
  • fever with or without chills
  • headache
  • nausea with or without vomiting
  • runny nose
  • shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, trouble with breathing, or wheezing
  • skin rash, itching, or hives
  • tearing of the eyes
Get emergency help immediately if any of the following symptoms of overdose occur while taking nicotine:
Symptoms of overdose
  • Abdominal or stomach pain
  • cold sweat
  • confusion
  • convulsions (seizures)
  • disturbed hearing and vision
  • drooling
  • extreme exhaustion
  • pale skin
  • slow heartbeat
  • tremors
Some side effects of nicotine may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects. Check with your health care professional if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome or if you have any questions about them:
More common
  • Acid or sour stomach
  • belching
  • coughing
  • heartburn
  • indigestion
  • mouth and throat irritation
  • stomach discomfort, upset, or pain
  • stuffy nose
Less common
  • Anxiety
  • back pain
  • change in taste
  • ........
  • dizziness
  • feeling of burning, numbness, tightness, tingling, warmth, or heat
  • feelings of drug dependence
  • flu-like symptoms
  • general pain
  • hiccups
  • mental depression
  • pain in the jaw and neck
  • pain in the muscles
  • passing of gas
  • problems with teeth
  • trouble with sleeping
  • unusual tiredness or weakness
Chain vape with lower NIC. Problem solved.

I'm vaping 8mg nic juice at about 4ml a day. If I get really heavy on the clouds and vape too much I can sense some irritation in the throat and lungs. Vaping is a substitute for smoking and it's not 100% safe, just several orders of magnitude safer than smoking tobacco. If you overdo it, there will be side effects.

When I smoked, I was croupy and short of breath ... not so with vaping, but too much in one day and I start to recognize a feeling of lung heaviness and temporarily diminished capacity that recovers when I back off a bit. Our lungs are designed to process plain old air.

Having tried cloud making I know where my sweet spot lies. That lets me know why I shouldn't chain vape and probably shouldn't inhale that often. Rolygate explains it well in this thread. The safest method is absorption through the tissues in the mouth and nose.

No need to argue or attempt to dispel well documented information in order to justify what any one individual can get away with doing.

Height/weight/age/general Health and more are taken into account in calculating what constitutes a serious overdose in any given individual.

Thread Title may not be the Best representation of conditions, but that does not invalidate the warnings. Whether Chain Vaping a high Nic content liquid or simply choosing to vape an e-liquid with to high a nic level, overdosing can occur. KEY WORD is B][ICAN[/U[/I][/B]. Not Does or Will, but CAN cause serious side effects.

Sure many Vape at 18-24mg and ............ahm.......a few even Brag about 36mg(not sure why), but each individual has their own limiting factors on just about everything they do or ingest and Every individual is susceptible to suffering the consequences of indulging to excess.

One poster referenced scaring off possible new Vapors.
The post could just as well offer Safe advice for a new convert to Vape in moderation - This is a Change from Smoking - as well as an understanding of what may be going on in their conversion attempt.

I cannot count the number of times I have read what I consider ill given advice to - Increase the Nic content - for new Vapors, Right here on these boards. People throw out this type of advice with little to no information about the recipient or their individual need, use or understanding.

I have been vaping for over 18 months and Love vaping and the freedom from cigarettes. I have over done it a few times. Usually in times of extreme stress. I had also experienced this when I smoked and suddenly chain smoked(not a common practice) during a stressful event.

Hydration is important - Intelligent observation of ones condition is wise.:)

I get the hiccups if I chain vape too much.

Most of us, as we get more experience vaping, learn what we need. If we start feeling over nic'ed, we set the ecig aside for a while. Pay attention to the signals your body is sending you. When you receive a couple, don't continue vaping. Wait a little while. A 1/2 hour to an hour later is all it usually takes to feel better.

If symptoms continue beyond that, get thyself to a doctor.
