A 26650 is not much if any better than an 18650, we have 20A 3000mAh 18650 batteries now.
There is still a niche market for 26650 devices, but I'm not sure how niche.

Most, if not all, the vapers I know use the 18650 2100 mah or higher batteries. That is about 30 vapers at my work space.

No with Samsung 30Q and LG HG2 being 3000mah there really isn't much need for a 26650 regulated box mod

The mini+ has stayed my all-day every-day PV since I received it
I do use the original mini sleeve (better fit), and added a tiny piece of garage door weatherstrip rubber under the negative terminal (so the battery doesn't deform it when I drop it). With those minor tweaks the mini+ has been a consistently super performer.

it was my ADV for a very long time, I actually miss them quite a bit, well they've been given to smokers now and one of two is completely off cigs now so they are in a good home Quite miss this setup
I probably wouldn't buy another one because I have 3 mods right now but I'd definitely take another free one though lol...
But alas this is quite fun as well
I haven't used TC mode since I first tried it (this includes other mods -- I just like VW). I'm a lower power person, 20 - 25W single coils typically, run 316L SS in VW mode.
That's exactly why I like SS in temp mode, my ramp up is about 56 watts but it fires between 7-25 watts after ramp up/during protection
