Like I said, turn off the mod (fire button- 5 clicks), and hold the fire button and the (-)/power down button at the same time for about 5 seconds. It will display the voltages of the batteries.
Now, since your batteries should be labeled (1,2,3/A,B,C/or whatever designation) write down the order they come in. Then, rotate the batteries, and repeat this process. Then, repeat the rotate, voltage check, and writing down process one last time. This will give you the idea of which cradle isn't charging at the same rate...but this is a shot in the dark. I'm taking an educated guess, and basing it off of experiments with my own, which had just one cradle not charging at the same rate.
I'm assuming you don't have a multimeter or voltmeter, which is why I'm telling you to do this complicated rotating voltage check. If you had a voltmeter...it would be a hell of a lot simpler.
Regardless, make sure your batteries are labeled, and write down on a piece of paper to remember which order the cells are displayed when you do a voltage check on your mod.
And I agree...the VTC4's are awesome cells, and there's a reason they have so many counterfeits and companies re-wrapping them as their own.. I'd like to do my own bench tests on them, cuz I've seen different things with their discharge rates...but I do trust mooch, so I'd probably be wasting my time, cuz I guess they're a 25 Amp cell, but is more than capable of handling 30 Amps continuous.
I'm sure you may be able to score a charger in the Pay It Forward/PIF forum, but you may need to be verified first. You'll need to have your paypal linked with your bank account, and you'll also have to have your paypal registered under the same email as your ECF email.
