Good plan!

Thanks to the folks on ECF posting about potential issues, I am avoiding any updates and not charging via USB until I am confident all bugs/issues have been fixed. I tend to stick with Kanthal builds and don't bother with TC often, so I am currently happy with my RX200 and love the vape I am getting between 30-80w.

So far it is a great mod. But I have only had I only had it a few days and haven't really done anything that might cause it to malfunction.

There was guys that said they had no problem with the USB charging with the 1.07 which is the one mine came with. But I still would avoid it. Why take the chance, thats why I bought 6 HG2's extra cause I was thinking of getting the dna model till this one came out. Got em on Black Friday for about $5.50 each from RTD

I also see that they came out with a new mod that is 150w with the v3.0 FW so it comes with TCR adjustment. I also see they use the TCR at TCRx10 to the -1 power so Ti would be 366 on a Jtech board. I am sure if they can find a way to do it with this board they will do it. Otherwise instead of another of these I'll get the new Cuboid. Also for the guy that uses SS430 it would be 138.

The VCT is a four digit TCR

Ti would be 0350

SS430 would be 0138

I expect that variance is based on the purity of the wire they have available out there
Have used the Ti mode briefly but not the manual TCR yet which I would set at 0.00350 as that works for me on the M class with the crazy wire

Yeah I tried the .00366 on mine with CW and Unk and couldn't tell the diff between the Ti01 setting. I imagine that Sweet Spot would be a little lower since SE puts Ti02 at .00352

I know also that the NiFe48 from Zivipf works perfect at .00405 just like SE says for the Nifethal 52. I'm just not a big nickel fan.

Well I think I'm going to do a little ecig stuff gotta recoil 1 and rewick 2 plus whip up about 3 or400ml of juice. I'll keep my eye on you guys from my computer in my secret lab. Gotta get my labcoat on.

That's what I am thinking. I only have a 2 bay charger, but the batteries last a very long time in the SX200 (even at 70-80w) and I am good with charging them during the evening and using my Snow Wolf or Kbox for a change. My 4 bay won't be here for a couple of weeks but I can wait.

I have been in high tech long enough to know that a cheap USB port is amazingly easy to bugger up.

Since the 1.08 update my ss 430 builds need to be run at 270° C on the ss mode so I've gone to the ti mode and the same vape on that iss 180° C so bit of a difference but nothing that won't be sorted by adjustable TCR that is coming. 1.08 update has been nice and smooth operation wise not had any issues and mod is on its second set of batteries, I never use USB charging on any of my mods purely because external charger is just a lot faster.

Set the VTC up and tried my tanks with diff wires now and seems okish, still need to run a little higher 460f though

Expecting a similar setting to be added to the RX200 soon

I'm trying to get all my STM's changed over to Unk it has about a .03 diff in resistance. With the M it's a piece of cake cause you can change the resistance as soon as you put it on but on the RX it is kinda slow to change. I have to set it up to 510+ to get the same vape at .28 since the coil when it is dirty is about .3
