I like big clouds and sub ohm stuff as much as the next guy, but it took a little time to learn what I need to know to do it safely. I see that step in the process being bypassed more and more these days. Its a little scary. Of course, I'm old....48. If you knew me in my 20's and 30's, you'd understand how miraculous it is that I made it to 48.
However....I wanted to point out an alternative to the folks that want "massive cloudz" but don't care enough to take the time to learn ohms law, basic electrical theory and battery safety.
These days, a 30w regulated device is affordable and obtainable. Not so long ago, they were impossible to get and only the "elite" had them. Not anymore. Everyone has them in stock and there's more coming out everyday.
You can set up an rda with a .28ga dual coil measuring 1ohm. Thats around 13 wraps on a 5/64 drill bit, each coil. Lots of surface area. With a 30w mod, these coils will heat up quick! You can get the same thick, dense, flavorful vapor from these standard builds as you can from a .2 ohm build on a mechanical. Sure, you can't brag about using .18ga wire and having the lowest ohm coil in the county....but you can experience the same kind of performance.
I'm not one who feels sub ohming is inherently dangerous...its not. But if you have no idea what your doing or what kind of equipment to use, its very dangerous.
There's safer options if you're new to all of this.
