Another American producer announced an increase of 400% in sales for unknown reasons. I've been vaping for two years and am willing to wait patiently for the top quality products they have sent me.

Hi Wuznt...Or anyone else - I do a lot of DIY but am always on the lookout for something 'great' - what are your faves from WL (have never ordered from them)...

I ordered on 2/6 just moments after they reopened and I received my order on the 21st. So as they said it's slow right now but orders are getting there. I have one more coming then I'll be good to go for 2-4 years I guess. Depending on how fast I get my nic usage down that is. Actually, due to a mistake in my order I wound up with twice what I ordered. But hey, who's complaining? :)

I ordered after their move.
I allowed for delays, after all they just moved operations - no easy task- and was surprised when my order arrived w/in a week.
I like using them, I've ordered several times from them and plan on continuing to.

I'd be happy to allow for delays lol. Thing is, they haven't had stock for two weeks since I have been interested in getting into DIY lol.

Hopefully, things will be back to normal pretty soon with a bunch of the companies. Between the paranoia of FDA regs and the Chinese New Year and the fact that more and more people are jumping on the ecig wagon, shopping is the pits right now.

I rather prefer RTS, since they package in glass bottles. The glass bottles go straight into the freezer; whereas, just about everyone else's nicquid comes in plastic bottles, so I have to repackage into glass before freezing. And RTS's quality seems to be about as good as Wizard's.

I wish Wizard the best of luck. They're a quality firm. Setting up a new extraction laboratory, which is basically what a move entails, can involve more time than anyone could reasonably plan for.

Why the need to freeze in glass? Is there something about plastic bottles that makes them unfit for deep freeze storage?

I need to learn!

Several reasons. Mostly that PG or VG can leach plasticizers from some plastics. This not only has you ingesting them, but could result in plastic cracking. WL recommends long-term storage in glass, but for safety reasons ships in what is most likely a polycarbonate plastic (will leach plasticizers). Also plastic will allow O2 to absorb into the liquid through the walls of the bottle, glass will not. O2 will cause oxidation of the nicotine. Glass, preferably amber or dark-colored, is the best for freezer-storage.

Ok color me confused. Why would the Chinese New Year effect their supply of nic liquid?

Well that's not even the reason I guess. Just called them to see if they had an estimste of when they would be up and running for nic liquid. She mentioned the new year. So I asked her how thst effects them if they make their own. Her short answer was they get their nic liquid from china. Also went onto say, any company that says otherwise should be questioned. So I found that interesting as I had thought they made their own.

Thank you, that makes sense. But, does the same hold true on plain PG/VG liquid? I would assume so.

Also, I can understand the desire for dark glass if the bottle was exposed to light, but it is pretty dark inside my freezer.

Ive suspected the same thing. I'm sure demand has went up but the real problem is the supply has dried up because of the Chinese New Year. The funny thing is RTS has their site down too. Maybe "Made in USA" means the Chinese nic is mixed with PG/VG in the US.
