Ooh yes...I'm in europe and experienced the same woes a couple of months ago...(although a little less severe)....such a shame they manage to give such a nice mod such a bad name by having such inadequate customer services.
I had a little extra in my year end bonus and going to spend it on some extra vapocalypse mods....was thinking about one or two extra Xvosticks....but than remembered the hassle and now I'm going for some Dicodes Dani Boxes.

Does anybody aware of that new batch of Xvostick Limited Editions are coming without logo Limited Edition..I just informed after i gave my order.They told me that they can cancel my order and refund total amount if i wish.This is not a big problem but i really can not understand how they do not inform buyers about that information.Is it too difficult to give that information on their web site? It was also stated that Xvostick Limited edition are in stock but it took more then one week to be delivered to my address..I have to admit that they respond quick to my questions but i am really disappointed with their behaviour.

I'd not been following the Limited Edition, nor have I really been following anything on Mini's site. (What for) I agree with you that the simple mention of the logo-less version would have been an easy website change for them, but........

since when has Mini E-Cig (@LittleDonkey) been free flowing with information for their customers.

Alright I held off posting because I wasn't really sure how I wanted to convey my experience with Mini Ecig.

I placed my order on Nov 1, 2015 and was told that it would ship within two weeks. I asked the supplier this question prior to placing my order to ensure the lead time. I placed my order, it didn't ship in two weeks. :(

So on the 23rd of November I'm told it shipped, weeks go by and the tracking information doesn't show any movement. I contact Mini and they tell me that sometimes the packages don't track. I should wait a couple weeks.

A couple weeks later I check and they say not to worry that the parcels probably got caught in the Christmas crunch. I file a claim with PP. Mini comes back and provides a tracking number the case goes into review.

I keep in contact with Mini and they keep telling me to wait a couple weeks, it will show up. On Jan 11 I pick up the phone and call PayPal, I review all the e-mails sent and ask them to try and locate my package. The rep comes back and tells me they can't because there is no information and I just respond with a thank you.

The rep states I will have my refund in a couple minutes.

A couple points I want to make:

  • Mini Ecig has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
  • Once they receive their funds they do not care about their consumer.
  • I received three orders from China that were place after my Mini order before Christmas.
  • All of the orders from China could be tracked to the point of delivery.
  • A company the does not track a shipment with a value of $250 is nuts. Very poor business model.
  • Mini contacts me letting me know that I got a refund and that they ship many and some get lost. Why would you even make that statement. They get lost because you have a crappy business model and either don't ship them properly or they never leave your building.
  • It is my opinion they believe they are untouchable because they are located in Israel, to far for anyone to take action.
  • I have to hear a positive story from anyone that purchased directly from Mini. And I mean they were told two weeks and it shipped without incident. Every purchase has some type of BS wrapped around it or the happy people just aren't saying that much.
  • Don't buy Direct
And every week the Plumes call their device the a__hole or tosser mod. It's because the support is awful and they misrepresent the truth. If I were them I would be devastated that every week a video is published with a group of guys talking down by business model.

I'll pick one of these mod's up because everyone seems to love them but it will be through the classifieds or from VA.

I then came across this thread, and started to get a little nervous while reading through the issues.

I ordered on the 22/12/15, and did not expect too much activity on the shipping front, and it was shipped on 29/12/15

The tracking number did not show a lot of activity when it left the country of origin, but it arrived today, in the UK, 08/01/16.

Fingers crossed I have a good one, as it seems to be a very nice device.

A small point, chels himself and production are in Israel.
Mini-Ecig is in Russia.
Sadly, we have no idea what the relationship between chels and Mini-Ecig aka littledonkey aka Eugenia is.

Mine 'shipped' on 30th Dec but is still 'on the way to GB'. How did you know it landed?? Did it just appear on Royal Mail tracking??

Not sure if this is where I should post this, but I got my ProXvoStick from VapinArt today. It's a big 'un, but not too big. It also comes with a sleeve just in case you want to use an 18650 with it, but I got it just to use the 26650. I'll put it through its paces, but I don't see any real difference other than size. Here's a pic:

26650 may be an open, it looks nice. Is the opening for the atty any bigger on that device?

And Vapin Art is the way to go! I purchased from the a couple times and they are a sold supplier!

Dealing with VapinArt was nice. I ordered it over the holidays so they shipped it out this past Tuesday and it arrived today. No waiting weeks (months for some unfortunate souls). The atty opening is the same exact size as the regular Xvo.

The added weight and size isn't obnoxious which is something I was worried about as I'm not a fan of huge mods...

I do have one gripe so far about the ProXvoStick: I wish the atty hole was larger to maybe accommodate the larger size SubTank. Other than that, I like it!

Yeah, that probably would be a nice touch (and thanks for the lead on the tips!). I can see that the mod is too big for my tastes, but that's relevant to nobody but me. The only ones who matter are those who buy it.

It's definitely NICE (that's for sure).

ok mate. Thanks for that. The last time i ordered anything from them, Merkava I think, I was away when it turned up and dont remeber the order of play. Was it a RM delivery though??
